Has anyone ever gotten Grady's autograph by the player's lot after a game? Which side does he seem to go to the most?!

I've only gotten his autograph once at the player's parking lot...and it was in 2005. I was on the side of the fence closest to the parking lot exit. He came right to me!  That made me happy. But that's the only time I was ever able to get it at the parking lot after a game.

I think your best bet, rare, but best, is the 3rd base line. thats where the heavens swooped down on me that fine September day where i finally got Grady's autograph. ahhhh best day ever. And then some little punk stole my ball  That thing had BARTOLO COLON's autograph too! that thing was gonna be a classic. Darn. |

Gotta agree with Mel... The only place I have ever seen him sign is by third base line before a game. That's where I got his autograph and my picture made with him on my birthday in 2006!! |

Haha I'm not gonna lie, I'm jealous of all of you! The only autographed item I have of his is the blue Sports Illustrated cover he was on, but I wasn't even there when he autographed it! Hopefully this is the year we meet.

Here's what I posted in another thread about autographs at ST:
Well, if you can get there early, you can often catch them going from the practice field to the clubhouse. Also, if you're there when the gates open, go over to the little fence off on the right field side. That's where the players come out to the field from the clubhouse. Many of them will stop right there and sign for the people waiting. That is where I've had the most luck. Hope this helps!
