from cleveland.com:

Left-hander Scott Lewis named fifth starter by Cleveland Indians
by Paul Hoynes/Plain Dealer Reporter

GOODYEAR, Ariz. -- GM Mark Shapiro was't kidding when he said the Indians would name their fifth starter "sooner rather than later."

One day after Jeremy Sowers was demoted to the minors and Aaron Laffey was knocked around in a minor league game, left-hander Scott Lewis was named the No. 5 starter.

"They told me this moning," said Lewis, before the Indians played San Diego later today. "I think a lot of it had to do with how I pitched in September and how I've pitched this spring."

Lewis, called up from Class AA Akron in September when Anthony Reyes was shut down with a sore right elbow, the left-hander from Washington Court House, Ohio went 4-0 in four starts.

This spring he's 1-1 with a 3.52 ERA in five Cactus League appearances, including one start. He has 12 strikeouts and six walks in 15 1/3 innings.

They were pretty quick to name him, hopefully he can handle the pressure.  I guess it's nice to know Laffey is hanging in the minors, although I'd rather him have the 5th spot.

I'm glad it's not Sowers, I've never been a very big fan of him.
