well first off cliff lee has been such a gret pitcher i heard how there were scouts at the game last night watching him pitch to c which teams want him. I really really hope that no teams will get him! the indians really need him without him there pitching is nothingi really hope they keep him at least for the rest of this year and next year.... what do u ladies think

they're not trading Cliff Lee. that wouldn't make any sense for the franchise. no one they could get for Lee would make up for losing him.

I know that is the talk of the town. I should have filled you in on that bogusness, SORRY! I'm telling everyone right now that if they get rid of either Cliff or Victor I will raise HELL in this city! That gets me so ticked off & it really gets under my skin that even after we struggled so much this year they're talking about getting rid of two of their best players on the team. How about keep the good & out with the bad!!?? Sounds great to me.

Why rebuild??? We've been through this, we now see the results! I don't understand them for one second. I think this whole talk is absurd & for them to put these thoughts into fans heads is really messed up. The media & people are so friggen ridic.

I have a list going for the reasons they should not trade Cliff nor Victor.... I'm crazy, but ya'll know this!
1. What other pitcher on the Tribe will be able to pitch a full game in less that a weeks time?
2. The Great team chemistry.
3. Cliff Lee = X-Cy Young ( Need I say more.)
4. Victor our ONLY All-Star in the 09' ALL STAR GAME!
5. The devotion that both players have for the year they have had.
6. Cliff being one of the only starting pitchers to not blow it with in 2 innings.
Anyone with more reasons, please feel free to add!! In the mean time a great picture from the other nights game. You know the one that Cliff won for HIMSELF by coming out until the 9th. & I just loved watching Victor catch for him. That was amazing!

yes im going FREAK OUT if they trade either of them th front office is just soo dumb i really dont understand why they would even consider getting rid of them whyy??? u wont get anything better for cliff or victor the only reason i can figure is they just want money its pathetic

MONEY is the root to all evil. That's why everyday millions of people end up dead & that's also why horrible decisions are made... The world is based on money. I think its really about time for the front office to open their opens & smell the coffee & realize that trading Cliff & Victor will not solve the problem, the problem will only become bigger & it will only get bigger & bigger.

They for sure won't trade Victor. He doesn't want to go, he wants to stay and help the ballclub.
They definitely will not trade Cliff because they need pitching, plus, like I said before, he's going to be a FA at the end of the year.
The next four on the platter to be served up and sent out are: Ryan Garko, Kelly Shoppach, Ben Francisco, and Jhonny Peralta.
