i think we could switch to next day by like.....sunday or monday. i'd be okay with that. actually i'm pretty solid if i do like....one more tyler post and maybe one more nikkos post. we can have them leaving the cave in flashbacks
AND we can use the cave (since it has an opening on both ends now) to our advantage later in the RP i think....if we ever have to have ALL of the castaways running off to hide from the others or something? like...how they sorta did in the first season, the mass exodus of the beach?
and i think once we go to next day, there should be a full week time 'island time'. seven days. i think anything less would be a bad idea. _________________

Hear, hear. I'm all for this. How about we change to ND on Sunday US-time, and skip a full week/7 days? Are we all agreed upon this?
And Erin, I still don't think they should use the cave for hiding as my character pointed out. It's a bad hiding place. They could be smoked out, or they could just blow the cave down on them!
Some of us talked in IM about the coming Next Day, and the execution of the process of getting the people that's going to be Othernapped (Jack, Kate, Sawyer & Tyler, JJ and Ford) to the Other's docks.
We came up with a solution, which is kind of necessary for you to read since it's going to be actual on the ND; especially for those of you with characters involved. But for those of you who do not want to for some reason, I'm going to spoiler-light it.
It follows HERE--

The Next Day is going to start out with having Kate and Sawyer on button-pressing shift down in the bunker. Jack should enter, going to check on his patient, only to find out that Henry's escaped. Kate, driven by a need of list (HAH), urges them to go after him, which the three of them do. This leads them to the docks.
For the TS people -- Merrik wakes up to a note on his pillow, issuing him to lead three people (Tyler, JJ and Ford duh) to the docks. There's also a map on the note, enabling him to do so. So, he rallies them all up, and leads them there.
So that should solve the mystery of how we're getting the people to their Othernapping

Are Marcus and Henry going to interact, or are we just going to start the ND with him gone?
Also, do the Others take the Othernapped to their camp on the Losties Island, or THEIR Island -- cos I forget what happened in the show. It doesn't matter either way, just...Curious.

I am gone Saturday, meh. But I can try to write some posts before then, and also, if we're changing by US time, it's later Saturday for us anyway. I should have my posts up by either v. early Saturday, depending on when the change occours, or during Sunday.

I think what you just said is accurate. Once the people is Othernapped, once the sky goes all purple rain, without the rain -- then we should stop the day. And with the frequency of people posting lately, that should be rather soon. Good work y'all
Lauren and I are just about done with our Hatch posts. And when we are done posting them, I was thinking about doing a Ben post, and have the sky go all purple in it.
But the FS people aren't even Othernapped yet -- so who is going to take care of that? I dont think it would be fair of a Sawyer, Ben or Adrienne post to execute this because I kinda took care of the TS kidnap. It wouldn't be fair, cos someone else should have the fun of executing the kidnap y'know?

I've written a Merrik post that adresses basically the whole beach; telling them about the kidnaps and how he intends to get them all back -- when should I post that? How soon do we want to arrange the rescue party? After Locke's sweat tent thing? _________________
what are we going to do w/ the jj/ben/kate talk? they didn't actually play it out on the show and i'm wondering if it might come back up at some point or if the moment has just passed??

I think we can do some of the pre-talk which was actually played out on the show; with Kate (or JJ) protesting and such against Ben's offer. So there could be a post or two there.
But as for the talk -- I don't think we should play it out, like on the show. I reckon we should have, as Erin suggested, with the next posts of JJ getting into the cages, and Kate getting thrown in with Jack before they remove her, so you can play out some Jate You could do this while I'm gone. Then, when I come home, I can post as Juliet.
I'd love to post now, but I'm up to my ears now before going on Tuesday (be back home next monday). So if I could be spared of posting just for this occasion, I'd be very, very grateful. But if you guys think that a JJ post is apt and needed, please tell me so, and I'll have one up tomorrow.
Well, your character is in one of the scenes. As true to him, do you think we should play it out or not? If you want to, it'll probably have to be you and Erin that does it though.
