I was also at the Huntington show and thought I'd shair my expierence with you guys too. I just copied and paisted this from another board that I am on. Hope you enjoy.

Hey guys,

I traveled to WV over the weekend to see the Idols once again! I drug my best friend with me and I really wasn't sure what I was getting myself into because I really wasn't sure if she would like it or not but she did. She loved it and fell in love...Just like me=0) Anyways, we had such a blast and I couldn't pick a better friend to have taken with me!

So we left Indy around 7:30pm Friday night and ran into a wreck on the interstate before we even got out of Indiana...They ended up blocking the interstate and detouring us an hour out of our way. I was starting to get upset but krista kept me calm. Anyways, that was pretty much the werst thing of the trip? We ended up rolling into Huntington, Wv around 1:30ish in the morning. Oddly enough, we wasn't tired until we got into our room. When we were checking in, the hotel guy asked us if we were there for the idol concert, I was like "yeah, why else" laughing! He proceeded to tell us that alot of people were there for the same show...I was like "cool!" So, we went to our room and pretty much threw everything down and went to sleep!

We got up the next day and got ready for the show. We got to the arena around 11:30, keep in mind the show doesn't start until 7:00. Wow, what a waite and Oh My Gosh, the arena was tiny! It was all definately werth it! Krista and I were waiting with about 20 other people. We met quite a few others! I got to meet the makers of "The Richness", Samantha and Meagan from Blake-lewis.org(which we hung out with pretty much the whole time before and after the show), and not to mention some of the idols...But while were waiting and sitting around talking, up comes Phil walking like its nothing to the crowd. So, he started at the farthest end from us but we waited very paitentily(sp) for him to come take a picure with us and get an autograph. I didn't get to meet him in Indy so I got to make up for it in Huntington! Then came Chris Richardson. Now I got to meet him here in indy but Krista didn't go to the show here so she was very excited to get to meet him! We got lots of pictures of him and we both got a picture with him. Before we left indy though, I printed off 5X7's of a picture I took of him here and a picture of me and Blake to get signed by them. I gave one of the Chris pix to Krista and got the other one of Chris signed for my boyfriends sister, Shauna. I know she liked him alot too so I just had to do it! She was very excited when she heard I did get the pic signed for her. Also, we got to give Chris a kiss...on the cheek of coarse! And I...well, I got one on the cheek from him too! Awwww, Krista was so mad at me, but it was all in play=0) I swear I couldn't ask for a better best friend! Meanwhile, Jordan and Melinda come out to sign and take pix. So eventhough I've already met them I couldn't help but ask for another pic with them! It just wouldn't have been right, especially sporting a new hair cut and all! Well, by the time we get done getting pix with Melinda, up comes Cathy(one of the traveling security guards) with wendys for the idols. Oh boy was Melinda excited to see food! Krista and I got some very cute pix of her getting very very very happy about it! Then some guy asked her if she wanted him to go and get her a frosty...Wow!!! She really got happy then! She was just so cute! Then we found out that Blake and Gina were signing autographs on the other side of the building so we mad our way over there. As soon as we got over there though, there were too many people to cut in and get a pic with Gina, and Blake was already walking in for sound check. Thats okay though...werse things have happend! Well, it was getting close to sound check and the idols were called to come in. We had to find something to do until it was time to come back...hmmm, what could we do for an hour, we descided to walk around Huntington...I guess I forgot to mention It is literally a square block lol. but their was a chilli fest going on...YUK!!! So, Krista and thought we'd go anyway to explore what exactly they had going on down there! As we started to walk around, we ran into Phil and Shyamali walking down the sidewalk. I stopped and asked them how we would go about getting meet and greets and Phil says "well, to be honest with you, waiting out by the busses is more personable than a meet and greet" I was "cool". Then I proceeded to tell him how I missed him in indy and I do remember that they rushed the meet and greet there. But other than running into them, we didn't find much but we did find a shoe store where I got these awsome shoes...I'll have to take a pic and post them for you guys! Krista ended up getting some flip-flops but they still weren't working out so I let her wear the shoes I had on and I got to wear my new ones...How cool! We descided to go back and see if we could catch up with anymore idols before the show. We ended up catching up with Chris Sligh and getting a pic and krista also got his autograph, once again I got his autograph in indy. By that time we started to walk around to the other end of the building and one of the security guards told me that I wouldn't be able to take my camera in because of the recording device on it...! Its okay though we still had Krista's camera for the show! So we did manage to get a few pix from the show! I think though that this show topped Indys show by alot! At our fair the stage was way smaller so they were limited to what they could and couldn't do!

We ended up leaving the show early to catch up with some of the idols afterwards. Krista and I, and Samantha and Meagon had planned on meeting up there after Jordan sang "I Who Have Nothing"! Well, Blake come out and all the girls ended up screaming crazy loud and he went straight to the tour bus! I was so bummed but knew he was sick and not feeling very good. We found out before the show that he had larengitous(yeah, however you spell that!). During the show his voice cracked a few times but it was still awesome! Then Chris Richardson came out and he wanted to get on the bus and Blake had locked the door when he went in. Oh, and when I say we were right by the busses I mean leaning up against them! So Blake obvioussly heard someone trying to get in and prob thought it was a crazed fan but he opened up the blinds on the door and seen it was Chris and let him in. While we were waiting on them to come back out, Chris Sligh and Haley came to sign autographs. Well, we had already gotten them earlier so we didn't want to bother them again. Then Chris came back out and started signing autographs. While he was signing stuff for Samantha and Meagan, some girl yells in her southern accent "will you sign my cell phone", and holding it up tohim. I did mach her and then Chris did the samething and we all laughed together...it was so funny and cute! Krista asked him for another hug and he did give her one and she had one of the biggest smiles on her face...awww how cute a Chris crush. I was loving it though because now my best friend has a small obsession with a part of CAKE...wooo-hooo! Something new to talk to her about hehehe, Oh wow, Chuck, her boyfriend, is soooo going to kill me! Its all fun though and thats all that counts! Phil also came out to sign autographs while Chris was out there. One girl had him sign the pic of Phil that Blake had photoshopped. Phil was like "well, Blake did these and he signed his name on them here so I'm going to sign mine right above his and make it look like I did it too." We all laughed! Then Blake descided to come out and sign stuff. He really wasn't feeling well and I honestly wouldn't have blamed him if he did stay in the bus. They wouldn't stop screaming and pushing! People started being very rude! So, by time he gets to Krista and I, krista gets an autograph and I ask her if she wants a pic and Blake said "no, I'm sorry I just have a headache" but he did say it in a very nice and sweet way. We felt so bad for him! At that time though, I was covered in shirts form the people behind me and he actually passed me up because he didn't see me. I was going to cry but I kept my cool...I think=0) He did though end up coming back over. I had a pic for him of me and Karen holding our snake sign from the indy show here. He was getting ready to sign it and I said "no, thats actually for you, I didn't know if you were keeping pix for memories or not" He said "oh cool, thanks" then I said but I do have a pic for you to sign, I handed him the picture I took with him here. I showed him I was wearing a blakergirl jacket and he said "aww that very sweet of you that goes to cherity." then I asked him if I could have a hug and he said "maaaaayyyybeeee...yeah" In his very sweet voice. I just smiled and then he reached over and gave me a very nice hug! I forgot all about being cold! Then he signed a few more things and went back on the bus. Awww, I knew he was needing rest! Well, apperntly Chris Richardson came back out and girls were screaming and one girl asked Chris for a picture and he goes "nooooo...yyyyes!" cheesing very big and he took a few pix and was getting ready to go in and then another girl actually asked if she could have one of his earings and he was like "then I'd only have one" and she was like "I'll have the other" and then he was like "but I need two!" as he grabbed his ears. -Thanks to Krista I am able to share those two bits with you lol. By then the night was coming to an end and everyone was getting on the busses to leave. We seen the girls hanging out on the bus and Samantha and Meagan were trying to sign to Lakisha that they were from Michigan too but they weren't getting it. It was still cute to watch though. So, sadly enough though we did watch the busses leave and wave goodbye to Jordan and Melinda hanging out of the window. It was such an awesome day/night! Then we walked back to our car, stopped at Mcdonalds, and went back to our hotel room for the night.

Then we got up today/sunday, packed up our stuff, and come home...but not before printing our pix first....Lovely lovely pix! You guys will have to keep stopping in this week to see them!

Oh gosh, I can't waite for Blake and Chris to go on their own tour! Keep in mind, Blakes album "Audio Day Dream" will be coming out Novemeber 27 this year guys! You have to go buy it and SUPPORT SUPPORT SUPPORT!!!!
