okay so this sunday was the best night of my life. i didnt meet chris though. Sad

but before you go back & read someone else's review who DID meet chris, i just want to tell you it was still amazing. they changed things around & did stuff that they didnt do at any other show, which made me happy. so anyways, it was me, my friend, and my mom and we got to the arena at about 12ish.. we sat with some other people on the curb waiting for the idols to come out. we sat there from about 12-4. at around 2ish Melinda came out! (shes soo nice!) she came and was like hold on one second and ran to this guy next to me and hugged him for a long time (i dont know who it was though Sad

) they must be really close. so then she got to me and my friend & we got autographs and pictures, which made me really happy. Smile

not long after, Phil came out! he signed and took pictures.. didnt really talk much though, but whatever Smile

everyone just kept sitting and waiting by the curb hoping for other people to come out, especially chris! (there was so many chris/cake fans there) but no luck. Sad

i started to get mad because the main reason i went was to meet chris.. so it was about 430-5 and me and my friend asked this lady standing at the door at the arena if any more of the idols would come out and she said 'i dont think so, right now they're at soundcheck.' so me and my friend pretty much gave up on meeting them there, only because after sound check was the show. so we got something to eat, then the doors opened to the arena. i was wicked mad that chris or blake didnt come out. it pretty much ruined my night =/ or atleast i thought it would..(WE SAW THE OSCAR MEYER WEENER WAGON! haha we were so like amazed by it for some reason, and we took pictures of it. Smile

so we got in the arena and i was WICKED mad because the security had to check everyone's bags and he made me and my friend empty out our waters, and my video camera! which works wicked good because it gets wicked close up.. so i was really mad. but we started walking around the arena and had a blast because there were all sorts of fun things going on. there was kareoki which was wicked funny haha the guy singing tried to get me and my friend to sing but we juts laughed and walked away Haha

then we saw THE POPTART MAN! he was me and my friends hero haahha its someone dressed up in this big poptart suit..at first he came up to us & hugged us out of the blue and then we took a picture of him and moved on... we got our seats and left our bags with my mom so we could go explore more Smile

then once again, we saw the poptart man! he recognized us and gave us another hug and we took a picture with him Cool

we just kind of walked around & hung around until abuot 6:30 and then we went back to our seats before the show started.
it was about 7:15 and the show started! me and my friend were so hyper Spaz

i was still really sad about not meeting chris, but once i saw him on that stage i couldnt stop screaming and staring at him! i took so many pictures of him. i still couldnt believe that he was actually right there in front of me, right in front of my eyes! once cake came on i was flipping out Smile

everyone was standing up cheering! i got my camera ready and started taking pictures galore, then i just got up & started screaming and staring at christopher Wink

once it ended me and my friend screamed at the top of our lungs, "WE LOVE CAKEEEEEE!" it was great.
so the show went on & i was having such a good time! it was so fun and i STILL couldnt believe that this was actually happening! Smile

then of course, it ended. Sad

.. at about 10:30ish. i took lots of pictures of the finale (mostly of chris) but after that we went out really quick because i wanted a chance to meet chris outside! i was kind of confused as where to go, but i waited out front for a little then checked if anyone was near where we met phil & melinda before, but nobody was.. i wanted to stay forever until they came out, but my mom was like "we cant stay out here forever, i have work tomorrow! let me ask " and she went inside to ask about them coming out, and they told her that theyre doing meet & greets at the moment. and i kept telling her that they would come out after and sign and everything but she wouldnt listen! she was like no theyre doing meet & greets right now and im not waiting here for a long time i have work tomorrow! i was so mad. we had to leave. i didnt even get a chance to meet chris, which was pretty much the whole point of going. Sad

on the way to the car this guy was selling Tshirts and my mom bought me one, which made me kinda happy, but i was still pretty much crushed.
I guess overall it was a very fun experience, even though i didnt get to meet his hottness. i pretty much got over it.. but obviously i still regret not staying longer because today i heard that they DID come out after the show, after the meet & greets. but all and all, i was so glad i actually got to go & i saw chris LIVE! and there's always his solo concerts Smile

i have tons of pictures, you can PM me for them if you want, i just dont want to give them out publicly cuz i kinda dont want anyone using them haha Haha
