Yup, you gotta vote.....too many have died for us to have that right.  Just make sure your vote is for the candidate that will lead this country well.

I feel that our nation is going in the wrong direction. How many of you were doing REALLY WELL in the 90's? My dad was. But then he lost his job in 2003 and he's struggling just to make ends meet. Sad I want those good times to come back again. So I'm voting for the candidate that I think will get us out of this financial turmoil that we are in. To me, that's #1 right now.

I'm a Christian, but it's not the commander in chief's job to be the "theologian in chief". We need a leader for ALL Americans, not just for those who "have". That's just my humble opinion.

I'm NOT going to vote for the inexperienced candidate who's party got us into the worst economic crisis we've seen in years.  It was Barney Frank, Chris Dodd and their cronies (Obama included) that OPPOSED pulling the plug on Fannie & Freddie that bullied our banks (ACORN included) into lending money to people that could not afford to pay back the loans.  John McCain WARNED and TRIED to put a halt to it, and it was the democrat CONTROLLED congress that voted to let them continue their fleecing of America.  Why would we hand control over to the peeps that got us in this mess in the first place?
OK, I'll get off my soapbox but not without a plea (AGAIN),  THINK about what you're doing folks....it's not just a pretty face and eloquent speaker we need in the White House.
Now I'm off down to my local campaign office (after speaking with the State Board of Elections this morning) to follow up on a voter fraud issue that has come to light in my neighborhood....ACORN is EVERYWHERE Shocked

I find it hard to believe people are still dwelling on the Ayers thing. The lies and exaggeration part of it have been debunked. Sort of funny that some people still choose to beleive such ridiculousness.

Also, McCain is JUST NOW trying to calm down his campaign. He's realizing that the "dirty campaign" he tried to run is not working. Take a look at the below video:

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/Kf6YKOkfFsE&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/Kf6YKOkfFsE&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

You can visibly see that he is fed up with the way this campaign has turned out, including the way many of his supporters act at his rallies. The poor guy tried to do the right thing and his own crowd booed him. This is a glimpse of the John McCain that many of us grew to respect and admire prior to his dirty campaign.

It's a shame, because I truly think the polls would be a lot closer had McCain's campaign not taken the dirty route.

Man, TANT!...that’s messed up. I commend McCain for making an about face. But unfortunately, it’s too late. Some of his supporters might vote for a 3rd party.

And the IGNORANCE of his supporters thinking that Obama is an ARAB. GAHHH! Okay FIRST of all, Barak Obama is NOT Arab. Second of all, just because you’re an Arab doesn’t make you a MUSLIM…which is what this woman is mixing the two up with. Third of all, just because you’re a Muslim doesn’t make you a RADICAL EXTREMEST Muslim…you know, the same ones that blew up the trade towers.

OH MY GAH, I’m sooooo offended right now. Not just for Barak, but for my best friend who so happens to be Arab and a Christian. I’m beyond irritated.

I will give the Obama campaign credit. They are much better than me, much less McCain's campagin. They are taking the Ayers and Rev. Wright thing and they are running with it. But NO ONE'S saying anything about Sarah Palin and her DIRECT (not indirect, but DIRECT) association with an Alaskan Secessionists movement. I mean, COME ON! People question Barak's patrionatism, but this?! Shocked NOBODY'S talking about this. NOBODY.

Joe Vogler's a scurry (scary) dude.

Kudos to Barak/Biden for keeping it clean. Cuz I would have made it DIRTY! LMAO

I will not even attempt to make excuses for the ignorance of some, but suffice it to say, there are soooo many ignorant people like that the world over, and it's sad they even get air time Rolling Eyes But it makes for GREAT "news" apparently and gets all sides fired up, rightly so! McCain supporters are very frustrated that soooooo much about Obama has NOT been brought up by the mainstream media...and it's not JUST the Ayers, Rev Wright, Rezco connection.  People are angry at the fact that their retirement accounts and investements and college funds have all but been wiped out by the greed and corruption of the Democrat controlled congress and the likes of ACORN, who Obama has significant ties to, by his own admission.  The fact that the mainstream media won't even take him to task over this is what has everyone so daggone angry.  The crowds are not booing McCain, they are booing because they are frustrated that McCain can not/will not (because of the decent man he is) throw this in Obamas face.

We should be looking at the content of a mans character in addition to where he stands on issues and it is the CHARACTER of Obama that has many people concerned.....when he has alligned himself with people such as Ayers, Wright, Farrakhan it makes one wonder where his moral compass is.  As American's we have EVERY RIGHT to know where this man has come from, who he has had associations with and where he stands on issues, he's running for the Presidency of the United States for goodness sake, not just some seat on a community board.

I'm waiting this week for Obama's connection to Raila Odingo to hit the airwaves.  Of course you probably won't see it in the mainstream media, and if it gets a mention it will be downplayed and dismissed as irrelavent.  So in case you don't get to see it or have NO CLUE what I'm talking about, here it is.

Mandy - this is the first I've heard of it!! Thanks so much for sharing.  It's just amazing how Obama gets a pass on all of these associations in the media!!  It just blows my mind that so many people in this country are ready to put such a liberal, socialistic person in the top seat of our government.  Things may not be good now - but it's only going to get sooooooooo much worse after he's in power.  But before then, it's off to the McCain /Palin rally in VB tomorrow - YAY!!!

I don't trust any of them, including the whole bunch that is in Washington right now. All I know is that somoene had better do something or we are going to go into something that rivals The Great Depression. So so sad.Every one just points fingers instead of trying to remedy this situation. And of course Bush has lost any credibility that he once had.
