OMG!! Did I get my moneys worth last night. I had been looking forward to seeing Elliott at the Norva in Norfolk for months. I went with Melissa, CRichFan, and Meames. We got in early and were standing right in the front of the stage. All of a sudden Meames says "There's Chris"  I took off over there. He was getting his pic taken with someone, and then this little midget security guard was whisking him away. I said "Hey Chris" and the guard was being ugly. I told him that I knew Chris, and he said he didn't care. Then HHC turned around and said "Hey darlin" and I got an awesome full body hug.  OMG OMG OMG!  He looked amazing. The hair is growing back. I asked him if he was going to hang out here, and he said he had to go upstairs. He was in the balcony to the right of us with is family and friends. We watched him the entire concert. We were all so distracted. Elliott was awesome  but watching Chris dance and have a great time for almost 3 hours was such an added bonus. There wa a girl that got a pic of him hugging me so hopefully she will send it to me. By the time Brenda got her camera ready he was alrady gone. What a night!!!! |

Wow it's good to be back on the boards!, it's been awhile and I've missed you guys. We had SO much fun last night. It was so good to see Meames, GBches and Melissa.
We were all standing in the front row, center when all of a sudden Mandy says, There's Chris! I asked her later how she saw him and she said she saw an arm....... just an arm under a black hoodie! The funny thing is we were joking around at dinner beforehand that we all could spot Chris by his hair, or hand, or leg, or feet for that matter we've been looking at his pics and videos for so long, and then Mandy sees an arm and says there's Chris! 
Well me and Stephanie took off and I was just laying back and about to take pics and Stephanie bypassed the mean security guard and got her hug! She's fiesty! haha My darned camera has a delay so I didn't get the hug, but I got him walking away with the mean security guard... he's the bald guy. Chris looked so good. He had on an Elliott Yamin shirt! Here's the pic. The girl next to us got a pic of the hug like gbches said and will post it on here.

Oh and I meant to say that is WAS DISTRACTING, extremely distracting trying so hard to watch the people on stage and then there's Chris on the balcony right there for our eyes to feast on. I have major eye strain from it all! Love the way that boy dances, that was hot. We got two shows in one!
And Pink, can I just say that I now am in love with Josh! How cute and sexy is that guy! Those dimples and that voice. I loved, loved, loved every minute of it. And the Last Goodnight, I loved them I think because the lead singer had this Maroon 5 thing going on. We were so close that their sweat was getting on us! Very nice!
And Elliott, oh he was so good. I just love him. And lucky gbches... she leaves the restaurant to go get her coat from my car and runs into Elliott as he's getting into the tour bus to rest before the show! Then later she runs into Chris...... I'm sticking with her like glue the next time I tell ya!

AHHHHHHHH! Luckys!!!! You all got the first glimpse of him since the tour. I'm totally jealous!!! I had a feeling he might show up at that show. Too bad ya'll didn't get to spend just a smidge more time with him. But hey, atleast you got your Chris fix by getting to stare and him and watch him dance for 3 hours. LOL!

Well, I'm just glad you all had such a good time and actually got to see Chris, albeit quicker than a wink. You know the finger crossing I did all week! You had me on the edge of my seat everytime you called me!
I have no clue how any of you paid one bit of attention to poor Elliot with Chris in your direct line of sight all night!
Gbches, like I said last night, you are one lucky duck! lol
I'm kinda bummed that he now has like personal security just to keep people away from him! hahhah It's kind of weird to think of that.

OMG I forgot ya'll had that concert this weekend! Wow, what fun! And finally, a for real after the tour Chris sighting by some of our own! I'm so happy for you gals! And gbches!!!! You the woman! I'm so jealous right now! Ha! How could you all focus any attentionon poor Elliot with Chris dancing away? LOL. Sounds like it was a great show tho. Glad you all had a good time!

HELLO KELLY!!! Good to "see" you again! We had a blast and althought we thought Chris might be there, we never thought we'd get to see him throughout the entire show!

Ok Brenda FIRST THINGS FIRST! - you have GOT to shrink those pics down, my face is NOT THAT BIG in real life!!!!!!
Well yes peeps, WHAT A NIGHT???!!!! I'm standing there with Brenda waiting for the concert to begin and talking about which one of us was going to go out and be a RICHSCOUT   to try and find Chris, cuz we just knew he was going to be there. An E-TRAINER behind us had said she read it on the internet that Chris Richardson was going to be there. Well all of a sudden I see this ARM!!! and a black sleeve, and then part of a shoulder and then the BACK quadrant of a head and KNEW it was Chris!!! He was on the other side of the side of the stage, does that make sense? Anyway I scream at Brenda "It's Chris!!" then I turn to Melissa and GBCHES and point him out to them. Well all i saw was dust!!! Stephs feet didn't touch the ground I swear, between us and him. Don't ask me why my feet didn't move, thinking back I think it was because I didn't want to give up the AWESOME spot we had ON THE FRONT ROW!!! Melissa and I stayed there and Brenda ran after Steph with her camera.
Michele, that security guard was not his own security guard, he was just a NORVA employee. Chris was DELIGHTED to see Steph and extended his arms to her when she called his name - aaww still a sweetie!!
We were able to recruit RICHNESS members, I had business cards on hand (NEVER LEAVE HOME WITHOUT 'EM!) while we waited for the show to begin
Pink, as soon as TLG came onstage and Ely got to his keyboard, I yelled up to him "Hey Ely, Crystal says Hi!" he looked right at me and smiled and acknowledged what I said. He let me take a GREAT pic of him during the concert - I'll get it loaded as soon as I can.
Elliott was AMAZING!! You can tell he LOVES his fans and recognized the E-TRAIN and gave them a shoutout from the stage. Oh boy, I can't wait for the day that Chris is on that stage, and we all know he will be and he yells out to THE RICHNESS in the same way!!! 
The NORVA theater is a FANTASTIC venue!! It's small and intimate and ideal for Chris to do a hometown concert!! I had NEVER been in the place before - my kids have!!! I was PLEASANTLY surprised. Eating dinner at Kelly's Backstage tavern before the concert enables you to get into the theater EARLY. I am sooo grateful to CRICHFAN, GBCHES and Melisaa for allowing me to tag along with them
Anyway after the concert started Melissa points out Danny and Phyliss to us standing up in the balcony to our right. Not long after Chris is up there It was sooo good to hsee him RELAXED having FUN with family and friends, dancing to the music. He waved down to us a couple of times, as did Danny and Phyliss. It was a great night - I just hope I can get these pictures and videos uploaded - its taking FOREVER!!!
Oh Josh Hoge went up and was talking with Chris and his family for quite a while - maybe business?? We can hope!! I did get my pic taken with Josh Hoge. Can you believe that while he was getting his picture taken someone walked by and grabbed his rear???  How rude!  After getting back to Brenda's and then driving home I did not get home till after midnight ---- so tired. I don't know how you youngins do this.
Anyway, will recap more as I recall - but all in all a very nice night!!
