In fact, to counter the AI forums and show you what his true fans (who remind me a lot of Chris fans actually as DC's humbleness and genuineness ((I know, those aren't words, I'm tired ok!)) reminds me of HHC himself) I will post the good comments from the good forum:

I absolutely love this. I think they would make an adorable couple. David Cook most definitely grew on me all season long and by the last few episodes I had grown a little crush myself. (no chris rich crush by any means...but ya know, hehe)
Anyways, if you go to tmz.com there on the first page right now is a video of David and Kimberley leaving a restaurant together. The paparrazi dude with the camera asks them if we'll be seeing alot of them together and David seems pretty adamant that we will. Very interesting.
Nurse...you better hurry to a bunch of AI tour stops and sweep him off his feet before Kimberley steals him for good!

I just saw this before coming over here. Its up on youtube but I was having technical difficulties copying the embed coding for some reason. Sigh...I know he will date (just like our Chris) and I wish for him nothing but the best of course. But arrrrrgggggghhhhh, can I help it I want him all for myself? At least with Chris it took some time before he seemed to start dating after Idol  Ah well.
Tandt- I won't get to see him on tour until August  So it might be a little too late by then..... I am seeing him two days in a row tho...so maybe by the end of the two days he'll have changed his mind...
Meames- I was wondering that same thing! Who's the kid?

It didn't take David long to find out what it is like when he goes out in public. Kimberly Caldwell was never one of my faves and always seemed like such an airhead. However, if DC is going out with her I'm figuring there must be something in that head of hers. He is a very intelligent young man. Hope he continues to relax and have fun before the tour begins.

I give Cook props. At least he's claiming the girl that he's been "seeing." I think rock stars are probably more open about who they date. You don't see too much of that anyplace else.

since he started doing the talk show circuit, i noticed something about david that i really like - i like that he's very articulate and well-spoken. he answers questions intelligently and with consideration. that is until he's asked about kim caldwell, then he gets all flustered and tongue-tied. LMAO, so adorable.
