A couple of seemingly unrelated items.
Item #1
I like this artist named Stephen Heller...I used to have one of his songs
on my myspace page, until he yanked it that is.
Anyway he is pretty talented and very likable, generous and sincere... kind of like our boy.
Item #2
So... I think about Amanda every day and my heart breaks for Tammy.
I am stunned at the toll "curing" cancer exacts. Cancer sucks, but what
can I do?
The Connection
I received an email from Stephen about his tour
He is donating some of the proceeds (33%) to this research
(that somehow I missed even though it was on CBS news)
I'm all in because it sounds like it just could be The Cure
(all in means I donated a big $20 bucks and will buy a concert
ticket when he comes to Denver)
If you are interested, there is a really nice piece on here from CBS
It gives me hope

Wow Ven, this is VERY interesting. I had NEVER seen/heard of this....would be WONDERFUL if this was THE CURE. Let's HOPE!

WOW! Ven. That is amazing. Isn't it crazy that all of this money is spent on research and it took a patient and someone not in research to come up with this? I hope it works.

Wow! I've never heard of this man but I like what he's doing with 33% his tour profits. I hope it works and a cure is found for all cancers soon!
