I'll try and answer Jan's question over here...I was reading on the AI boards that they are singing TWO songs each this week...not sure that's official, but that's what someone wrote on one of the guy's forums.

I think its actually been cut down to one song given that all 4 judges can comment and also the mentor apparently is doing a lot of talking  I wanted 2 Matt songs this week, lets hope I heard wrong.
PS... Im not too excited about Rat Pack week, I feel like its kinda lame and out of date

Gosh I have already seen the confirmed spoilers and I am not happy... mainly because I think the order is bogus and personally I don't yet again get their choice in mentors?
I love Matt still but I wish he picked a different song to make his own... I am looking forward to Kris's song tonight....

I agree with both pink and Jan! Not excited about Rat Pack week. Totally boring and outdated. And Jan, I'm not very happy about spoilers either...especially the order of performances. Seems like playing favorites to me. But whatever...I'll just take to being a conspiracy theorist because it doesn't bode well for my favs. BOOOO!

I didn't like the order at all.  Seems like the final two performers are always the final two. I will miss the finale(first time ever), because I will be in Bermuda, but we already know who is going to be in the final two and probably the winner. Read the new edition of TV Guide with an interview with Simon.

I am NOT happy with last night's show, thought it was kinda boring and my Matty didn't do too well. Simon's comment suprised the  out of me. Dialidol is showing everyone is in danger so lets hope Matt makes it through. But in all reality I believe he is going home tonight

Danny absolutely blew me away! His performance gave me major goosebumps. I though the TORE IT UP!!! Definitely the best of the night...hands down!
Sad that Matty didn't do very well either. Hoping that he can still sneak by another week. But I'm afraid he could really be in danger.
Kris did well also! I always love his take on songs. Such a sweet voice. Although, him going first could pose some problems for him I'm afraid.
Allison was great again. She rocked that song. But she's kicked butt before and been in the bottom. Seems as though America never really connected with her much. I think she's in danger tonight as well.
Adam, well. Ugh. That performance was completely and utterly OVER THE TOP by a mile. His stupid white shiny suit annoyed me and so did his stupid tongue that he insists on sticking out when he belts a note. Ewww. Put that thing away. Seriously. haha. I still can't deny him his talent cuz the boy can SAAAANG. But gosh. Just not my cup of tea I suppose. And might I mention, that was NOT the best entrance in Idol history. We all know who takes that award.

I agree with my Richsistas  ... Although I love Matt to pieces did not agree with his song choice... I still think he could of rocked it with the full version of "Georgia" ... behind the piano..grrr.. I too think he will be going with next week being Rock week as well I think its probably just as well... I loved Kris version and do not get "Wet" from Simon at all... I thought Danny and Allison did the best but once again does it really matter what I think because this entire year all "Glory" seems to just go to Adam.. I like Adam (some of his songs ) ex.."tracks of my tears" and "mad world" are amongst my faves but for me definitely not the best last night ..thought the entrance was way over the top and bit a cocky and No one can make an entrance or swagger and sway like HHC !!
It almost seems like this season whats the point of a finale its slanted so one sided... Adam has never sung first ? coincidence? I don't think so .... but like the man that I adore CD it really doesn't matter where you show for the world to love you.... I think CD will be showcasing his new song next week on rock week ....

Sorry to you Danny fans but I just don't see the connection - yea he can sing, but I really don't enjoy watching him AT ALL! Adam is talented but I do get tired of the screaming (thought it's always in tune). Just not my cup of tea either. It's all Matt and Kris for me - love them both - wish at least one of them could make it to the final two but i think we all know it's going to be an Adam/Danny finale. Not much surprise there. Interesting year to say the least. I've said all along Matt would go at number 5 like our HHC - they really remind me of each other - so I'm expecting that tonight.

Well my darlings, I seem to be really out of step.
I always listen to the performances the next morning
in an effort to be objective
I did like Matt's performance last night but was surprised Simon liked it
When I listened this morning.....I liked it even more
perhaps I am too much of a fan of vocal acrobatics
I've never really dug Allison, no versitility, just the rasp
I really really really hate her hair
Kind of a female Donald Trump
I'm sure one of them is going home
Hoping Anoop fans will vote for Matt
Danny and Kris, I feel the same about both of them
They are kind of adorable and I really like their voices
Both did a fine job last night
I would very likely BUY their cd's
both pretty marketable
That leaves Adam
I like him
a lot
but I probably wouldn't buy the cd, I can't even imagine the cd, he sounds too much like
robert plant, axel rose, and freddie mercury
However, he is a totally different animal
in a class by himself
I think he is out at number 3
I don't believe for a second he wants to actually win this thing
It will be a Danny-Kris showdown
ps
as far as the entrance, I thought it was very good
really fit the music
Nothing will ever top DGAMA that was the sexiest thing EVER on Idol
The Richness may not have a album or a tour, but we will always have that
one last thing
I don't think it's screaming, I think its hitting really big notes
and as I have said before, gotta love a guy with bigger hips than mine

I just knew Matt would be number 5 to go - just like our HHC! Hopefully he'll come out with something great reallllllllll soon! After Adam being in bottom 2, I'm agreeing with you guys that think it might be Danny and Kris in the finale :
