Ok so I haven't been here since like Top 11 week so i thought I would come and see what everyone thought of the final 2...and just had to comment. Cause America got it SOOOO RIGHT. I've never been more excited about a finale before. This is the frist time since Season 2 that my #1 favourite has gotten to the finale and the first time EVER that I got the finale that i wanted.
Just had to say that Adam is what Idol is all about. The guy has been a struggling artist in Hollywood since he finished high school. He's been working at it for pretty much his whole life. He's got AMAZING talent, is a very respectful, humble, genuine person with more talent than i've ever seen on the show before. He's so beyond music threatre. He can do it, yes he's amazing at it, I mean he was in The Ten Commandments and was the only thing about the show to get a great review, but he is going to be an International Rockstar win or lose. He's got a CRAZY amount of fans internationally. I'm guessing since some of you are not Adam fans that you haven't read any articles about him and pretty much everyone says the same thing. Adam Lambert is the most exciting, most talent person to ever come out of Idol and is going to be HUGE. Why else would people be comparing him to a thought of Elvis being on Idol. If you think he's going to be a "low-end winner" then obviously you don't know true talent and an authentic rockstar when you see it. Simon is even investing his time into Adam already with his song choice last week and the show isn't even over yet.
I love Kris too, and think he's also very talented and him and Adam are very close (even completely a full set of nail polish together <3 !!) but i would much rather Adam win cause he's it. He has IT. He's what an Idol winner is all about. Like Simon said on Oprah, he said that watching Adam, Kelly, and Carrie walk into the room for their auditions, it was like everyone else was in black & white and they were each in colour.
True either of them could win it this week, the Danny fans are basically split down the middle (those that are actually going to vote, cause a lot aren't going to ) and with only just over a million votes between them. And i'll be voting my butt off for Adam for the whole amount of time.
Sorry to have a little rant but i have to pick up for my boy when I see someone crapping on him. And also, Katy Perry is apparantly a friend of his, or has met him before or something like that and that's why she did what she did. I thought it was excellent. Anyone can express their like for a contestant in anyway they want. _________________
OMG! A Keith Urban/ Kris Allen duet?!?!?!?! That's pure sexiness right there. I don't know what I'll do with myself! And Jason Mraz?!?! I wanna see him duet with Kris too! AHHH! I am so happy with the addition of Keith Urban... Wow... First Off I must be honest and say..I love love love Storie and Pink and Tants siggy ... one of the highlights of my day.... I really miss you guys ...and all my richsistas
We are of seperate oppinion...except when it comes to "HHC" and Thank God for that since that is what brought us all together...
I remember Storie and I over David Hernandez (still hot and still went home to early..man that boy can sing and he should be in the top 10 of that crazy list.... oh well .. This has been a very exciting season for me... I have never been more enthused about so many in the top 10...
My oppinion is of something Simple... Kris is "REAL" nothing against Adam but with Kris what you see is what you get...that is why he is so shy and humble... and more gifted then he himself realizes... I am also willing to bet that more folks are starting to see that... and hey I was one that wanted him in the top 10 and liked him alot but he was not my favorite but I then started to see things I was closed too before.... And with only less than a million vote difference I would say this thing is alot closer than people think....
And Imagine... and again I stress this is my oppinion... He has quietly done it without any means of "pimping"..... Something very Real about him....
What I do like is the closeness they all seem to share ... and I feel that it is genuine.... SO KRIS GETS MY VOTE.... Oh and I would love Idol to let Matt perform a solo .. perhaps the full version of Georgia.... just putting my request in early...

Wow!! I was so proud of KRIS ... AIN"T NO SUNSHINE was so beautiful and sexy!! and I actually thought he did well with the Marvin Gaye song ... and I did not think it was sung like the original at all SIMON
Wish Paula did not wear Green ... kind of reserve that for the "RICHNESS" color...
Kara's song... not sure I love it... I thought Kris did better with it but agree he should have brought it down a key...
I thought Adam did great with Mad World..that was my favorite of his from the season.... Thought he was comfortable with the second song .. I see that he performed that before ...I really liked Syeshas take on that one... and the third song to me not for him..not his style ..kinda hurt the ears...
The judges well I still maintain their oppinions this year make me (vomit) ...no emoticon for that hmmm but guess their entitled to their oppinion...whatever...
