Hey RichPeeps!
Meamesy and I have been talking about how we miss the old days here at the boards. The days when the regulars would chat the day away in the Chat Room. And, how sad it is that the boards are so dead these days. We need to get this place hoppin again. So, we've decided that we need to all get together for a good old fashioned Richness chat in the chatroom. We can all catch up with Richness peeps from days gone by. Meames and I have set a date and a time of Tuesday, Oct 27th at 8pm EST for the chat. If you can, PLEASE come to the boards and head to the chat room to join us for a lil' chat. We won't be talking about anything in particular. Just chatting about whatever we happen to chat about.  I'm all giddy even thinking about it. I miss those days terribly! So, RICHNESS...come one and come ALL! Let's all get together and chat it up like we used to. Hope to see you all there!!!!!
By the way, meamesy and I are thinking that we should make this a monthly, bi-weekly or even a weekly event!!! It'll help build some momentum for Chris as he (hopefully) gives us the news on when his album will be released soon. And of course, it'll be a tool for us all to stay in touch even more. We think Tuesday nights are the PERFECT night since back in the day, we all used to crowd into the chat room to talk about Chris' performances on American Idol. Remember those days?! So much fun! So let's start a tradition. We'll see how the first chat goes and plan on how often we wanna do it. Can't wait!

think maybe you should ask for rsvp's
been a long time for a lot of folks and they
probably don't even remember their screen name
and/or password
just thought of that......
maybe some reminders/instructions about how to
get into the chat room might be helpful
(perhaps in the shout box)
I'm thinking maybe a weekly thing just might
be the best idea to build momentum
Getting HHC to join us once in a (scheduled) while
could possibly set the boards on fire and
get a street team ready to rock and roll
when the album drops (ever the optimist)
one can dream

Great ideas VenonaD Maybe we can send out a reminder on Monday night on FB/Myspace and twitter with instructions and if peeps need sign in info to contact an admin?

Good ideas, V. If Chris himself could get on here and reassure the fans, things would snap back into shape. But like V, a girl can only dream at this point.
Gurls, I have bible study on Tuesday night. If I so happen to work late and miss it, then I will be there.

Well we really can't have a Richness chat without Storie!
We used to get together on Wednesdays result
nights too (actually every night)
Shall we put feelers out to see if weds is a possibility?

 Well I think we had about 8 in there at one point, which is not HUGE, but waaaaay better than has benn....0!!!!  We had a fun time chatting about various stuff...I'll let others post their take on it. We discussed the idea of a RICHNESS REUNION when Chris and Josh Hoge go on a tour together...we just gotta make that happen I think we're looking at doing this again in the future...maybe ONE day we can get Chris to join us...we tried last night tweeting him and Jamie to join us, but no go  Later on in the evening Josh was to do a Q&A session on Twitter and some of us stayed up for that and that was a LOT of fun!! Now if we could only get Chris to do the same!!
