Just wanted to start a little section where we could all go to post our well wishes! I've read a lot about the ETE's feeling branded and I have to say, you are not alone. I have noticed we have all been kind of lumped into separate sections and how sad is that? We are all one, fighting for one purpose and yet we are branded as one or the other. We are ETE's ,transfers, transplants, regulars, BAP people, I can't even think of all the "classes" I have heard. 2008 and still being labeled....we really are going back in time! Either way, I just wanted to wish EVERYONE who is done at the plant a lifetime of best wishes. I hope everyone finds what it is that they are looking for! Retirees, take it easy and enjoy your parole! To everyone who was "let go", be proud that you hung in for the long haul...you are some strong individuals as I know that I could not have done what you did. You showed up, worked hard and made friends in a place that you knew your days were numbered....that takes some serious dedication Very Happy You made the best of a shitty situation and I commend you for that. To anyone who took a buyout...may you find happiness in your new ventures! It takes a lot of courage to walk away from your 9-5 and start all over. As I get older I understand, better, the meaning of "Making a Living doesn't necessarily mean Making a Life"....And for all of us that are still making a go of it....let's come together to make sure we have a future as the UAW. If you see a problem, help fix it and if you see a brother/sister in need....help them along...never forget that what is done to your neighbor will someday befall you as well. Again, best wishes to everyone!!

Thank you... I appreciate your well wishes, and I'm sure everyone else does as well.  All the best to you in the future, too!
