A job posting came down on Monday 6/23 for at least 2 new jobs per shift in the 88 area. As I understood this was to be for additional inspection and light repair in an effort to increase quality going out the door. The jobs were awarded by seniority and the program was due to start on July, 1.
After a Wednesday manpower meeting it was decided by a guy named Goettel [???] that these jobs were not needed.

Belvidere Assembly Plant ask your steward and we can compare answers/lies. The place you work, the plant that is on the ball busting quality drive, We have the hot selling trio and they know the shit that goes down the line every minute of every day. the people see it and it is no longer worth the time or aggrevation for alot of us to bother bringing it to anyones attention. i wish you all the best of luck in making a difference. if you think your voice will matter you better pick a color for your target and the C.Y.A thing, it doesnt work. discrimination and double standards rule at BAP.
