I'm glad you posted a link of the story regarding the house.  It's a bit misleading to say Detroit is selling $1 dollar homes.  This home is no longer a house but a garage that needs a lot of rehab.  It's a shame how the home was pilaged but that is the nature of the beast.  Hope to see this home on one of those "flip" shows..hhahaa
