A National Contract Demands Leaflet for the 2007 DaimlerChrysler National Agreement is being put out Monday in all the BLUE BOXES by entrances and tabletopped Tuesday.
The demands must be placed in format as depicted on the reverse side of the leaflet. National demands include all aspects concerning the language to be contained in the International Union UAW/DaimlerChrysler National Agreement. These demands may encompass anything in regard to economic or non-economic issues pertaining to all contract issues that are not deemed to be local in nature.
The types of demands being solicited now involve actual monetary costs such as wage raises, more break time, more vacation time, profit sharing, bonuses, health care, pensions, SUB, group life insurance, etc.
All demands must be dropped in the collection boxes or at the Union Hall no later than January 19, 2007. |
