How is it that part-timers that took the 2 yr temp postions and then got to go back to part time status? I have been there for 3 yrs and was offered the 2 yr deal but of course I did not take it for the reason it stated in the first paragraph of the contract up to 2yrs!! Not a permanent job. So, there are some part-timers that got to come back and everybody else got let go. Another thing, They are telling us pt people that we are rotating all pt-timers.......but not all pt people r not getting rotated. And those people are the ones who have been there for 8 or 9 yrs. Now, tell me, does part time people have any senority?????? |
