Yeah, I saw the entry level BS. I doubt that there will ever be another UAW worker hired under the wages that full time people make now. I also suspect they will do everthing they can to get rid of full time wage people as quickly as they can and replace them with entry level wages. People thought that the ETE program was bad, this is even worse, and more of a threat to the way the plants will be run.
I just hope some of those 4000 jobs from the FIAT deal end up at BAP. Even at 14$ a hour, its better pay than 85% of the jobs in the Rockford area. |
