Well I for one am not for "LAZY PEOPLE".  When management thinks human beings are just machines then we have a big problem!! I have been on both sides of the fence. As for the UAW leadership are they going to sacrifice anything?? I see this all spiraling out of control. You keeping pushing people and eventually it is going explode. How many of you are going to be able to buy a $20,000 car once we all make $7.00's a hour.  Nope they will sit on the lots. Yeah your upper middle class will be able to afford one.  Everyone seems to forget whose blood, sweat and bodies are being sacrificed everyday to produce a product. The one thing the American Management has failed to understand is that the "transplants" at treat their employee's with respect. I don't think they will ever get it. THey talk the talk but never walk the walk.
