I know this a little bit of a drive but, wanted to post it anyways.  Maybe pray for US or make a sign and post it in your window.
Really it's about all American jobs.

At the rally in Fenton MO. It will not be just about Fenton plants going to Mexico (SLPN-Dodge Ram) and Canada (SLPS-Minivan) . It's about American jobs. American jobs that we are losing at a very fast rate. So there will be a lot more signs and talk to the news media about American jobs.

"If you going to buy a new car, Please take the time and look at the window sticker to find out where it is built."

You are not only helping American jobs, you also helping your local schools, roads and bridges.

Don't know how far back the planing goes. News media picked up around the 9th.

http://www.websterkirkwoodtimes.com/Articles-i-2009-07-10-165829.113118_Laid_Off_Chrysler_Workers_To _Rally_Outside_Of_Plant.html

One from the 10th.

Quote:

"If taxpayers don't like giving a $10 billion bailout to Chrysler to close eight U.S. plants and move jobs to Mexico, then taxpayers should be at this rally," said Brodell. "If consumers are getting tired of seeing everything produced in other countries, while jobs are lost here, then they should be at this rally.

Daren Gilley, who is with UAW Local 1760, agrees with Brodell. He will be at the rally along with fellow laid-off employees, friends and relatives. Gilley said he has a family with two little girls to feed, and he wonders where he can find work like he once had supplying parts to Chrysler.

"I worked in Pacific making mini-van seats and I represented the Local there and in Kirkwood, where they made dashboards and door parts," said Gilley. "That work is gone. These good jobs are gone.

"I will be at the rally because it's not right that billions of taxpayer dollars are going to shut down eight American auto plants," said Gilley. "Nothing against the Mexicans, but should we be paying companies to take our jobs to Mexico?"

I hope a lot of Chrysler workers shows up but, it looks like a lot of the other local brothers and sisters will be there. Some bus in. So we will see. Any America job that was sent out of the US.

Thank you for your rally updates. I received a call from our local about a bus that they rented to go support the rally. I'm not sure if it's full yet or not.

I found it interesting that the news reporter said the rally received permission to hold it on company property. Thanks again for the continued updates.
