Harvest Festival is a great FREE family-friendly event held on Halloween and is open to the public. The Festival is held every year on the the property of Life Church located on Elevator Road in Roscoe, Illinois. The goal of Harvest Festival is to provide a safe, fun, FREE alternative to traditional “trick-or-treating” for the community. They provide games, rides, live entertainment and, of course, a ton of candy! Harvest Festival is getting bigger and better every year. You are not going to want to miss Harvest Festival 2009!
The carnival rides are the same quality rides seen every year at the Boone County Fair owned and operated by Skinner Amusements Inc |
