| Due to the rise in ETE's and seniority bashing I want to reccomend that all guests be banned from posting. Chrysler employees as a whole ETE's and seniority employees are going through a tough time now and any and all negativity makes it worse. If you can not stand behind your co-workers who are your union brothers and sisters you should not be able to spread your negativity here. Its an all for one and one for all deal. Lets keep this site positive, supportive. Its what we all need now. |

Due to the fact that I can't 100% secure the site from anyone.
This includes spammers, management, or anyone else that might want to do nothing but cause problems on the board. Often many employees would rather not be known on the board fearing management and or union reps.
For these reasons, I need to leave the board open. The best we can do is to have more MOD's review the posts to control any board violations. |

| This board was at one point very locked down, and we had virtually no activity. The few people that were registered posted infrequently, and the registration process was pretty inhibitive. Since Brian opened up the boards, we've received much more activity and traffic. Unfortunately, most people would rather remain anonymous, but considering some of the incredibly negative (and slightly illiterate) comments left by most "Guests", I can understand their reluctance at giving their name or registering for an account. As long as no profanity is used, I really don't think anyone should be censored from giving their opinion. That's the trouble we ran into with the old board, and I'd rather not see that repeated. All I can say is that I hope these people would be courageous enough to put a name, or even a handle behind their words. I don't feel like I've ever written anything on these boards that I'm ashamed of, nor have I ever made any efforts to hide my identity. My wish is that everyone else can do the same. |

Why would they fear the unions reps? Their so busy right now you could post anythiing...lol
Anonimity gives people bravado.
I've had to face many people in the plant, in person, for my posts. Both here and on other sites *read- enhanced fight yahoo group*.
But I speak from the heart and will always stick to my guns.
So far "the greek" is the only person who has made a negative comment about my t-shirt.
I suspect the slogan is a bit deep for many.
"Fighting Corporate Sponsored UAW Fratricide" To me this means- fighting the company and the few UAW people who side with them to injure ANY UAW brother or sister.
Let the guest post..."keep your friends close and your enemies even closer"
