I previously made the ETE's section to make it more clear, their rules vs. ours.  After attending the union meeting, I decided that the ETE's should share the same section as the rest of us. The company has tried to set them apart from the rest of us, but they are union brothers & sisters too. If the topics are posted clear enough it should be easy to understand if the topic is all about the ETE's or relates to all of us.
