WELCOME TO THE BOARD!
Is this the most recent book? I see on page 1 it says it was last updated in February of 2003.
If anyone wants to save this to their computer, after you open the .pdf file click on file "save as" and save the .pdf file on your computer.
I found this on page 21 very interesting. 
It says to make sure you make your requests in writing!
Email or certified mail should do right? I assume this request can be done by the employee and does not have to be presented by the union to fall under the National Labor Relations Act requirements? If the information requested is denied this would fall under unfair labor practices correct? |
