just thought you all would like this.

In 2006 Tom LaSorda had 5.2 million dollars  in compensation. He was rumored to have received an 8 million dollar bonus this year for his work on completing the sale of Chrysler.... We'll know more when the 2007 DCX annual report comes out. Two milliion of his pay last year were stock options.

Assuming his pay in 2007 was similiar to his pay in 2006........

Knowing that Chrysler sold 2.1 million vehicles in 2007.

Tom LaSorda pay plus bonuses 3.2 + 8= 11.2 million yields a 5.3 dollar Tom LaSorda tax per car Chrysler made.

FYI given a total compensation of $114,000 (wages and bennies) the same for a typical UAW member works out to..... $.054  or....... just less thatn 5 and one half cents per vehicle.
