I don't want to put anyone down because they are entitled to their vote, what I don't understand is how 80 ? % can pass.

Kenosha has been on the chopping block so much in recent years that ANY guarantee, even just 4 years is exciting to them.
We have many Kenosha workers here at Belvidere.
Kenosha started out as an AMX engine plant and were screwed over in '88? Merger...and they have continually been on the bad end of everything.

There president was one of the strongest proponents of the contract...but they barely have as many members as we have ETE's.

Anyone know how the final tally is determined?  Is it by percentage...or number of votes etc...
