I'd like to welcome retired Chrysler Warren Truck worker Larry140 to the board and thank him for volunteering to be the moderator for this section.

Thanks for asking me Brian, I am new to this sort of thing, I will try to learn the ropes as fast as I can.
Post on, all you brothers and sisters out there. Are you a retiree? Are you an active worker who would like to talk to a retiree about something?
For example, how about the rules for marking ballots? Did you know that any sort of extra mark or tear or defacing on a ballot will give the election committee a reason to void it? Did you know that in some locals, mine for instance, even an X mark that strays a bit outside the box can be grounds for voiding the ballot?
No you didn't know that? Why didn't your local officers tell you? Think they may want to keep every advantage for themselves?

Welcome to the retiree forum, brothers and sisters.
