When I've tried to give a biography of myself, one of the bright spots was telling you how I won every debate I had with the late Rev. (sic) Hosea Williams (Martin Luther King's right hand man and heir to the political machine known as the SCLC.)
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Follow this link. You're going to see one of the segments of Hosea Williams shows that ended his tv program and caused him to retire from politics.
Rev. (?) Williams and I had another debate on something called the Alley Pat show on television. Williams show was cancelled after that episode you just saw aired. And after the Alley Pat show (what is now the UPN network) Williams announced his retirement from politics (1992 or 1993?).
Although the people who put that video on the net say it came from 1987, I think it was late in the year as it refers to me as an ANF member and the ANF reorganized later that year and we became what is now the Militia of Georgia.
I haven't gotten any feedback save of that from the moderator here. If anyone has a lead on where I might find more old video like that one, please advise.
Every now and then something pops up from the internet. Here is one of those times when another You're going to love this comes up. First, let me say a few things:
1) Despite this story, I have NEVER been a "retail clerk." The company in question deals with WHOLESALE accounts to police and military accounts
2) The story lists a David Simons as being my suprevisor... Quite frankly I never heard of the man before this story made the papers
3) My real boss, whose first name was Jeffery, gave me keys to all the offices and the safe combination only 48 hours before I was discharged. He also sent me to have lunch with a rep for a body armor company so I could learn a little about their products... Does that sound like they were about to fire me?
Well folks, I just busted my own chops. No sooner did I publish that link until some commie bastard by the name of Thomas Stoddard aka OB... aka Jay, etc., etc. ad infinitum posted some B.S. about this and turned the story around.
The guy said I worked for $8 an hour as a retail clerk. What? Where did that come from? I so state that the news reporter got his facts all wrong. I did NOT work as a retail clerk. So, why would one person keep parroting that lie AND adding to it? And if my critics spin stories to change the truth, how do you suppose they spin their other opinions to get public support? BTW, I take the good with the bad; hence, my unorthodox stand on the immigration issue.
There's more to this nutcase's spin on news stories about me but, I ran across something else a while ago. Here's the quote:
"Amazing that a Russian publication (is it really Russian, or just reprinted by them?) gets this so right. Nearly all American journalists just babble about skinheads and survivalists when they talk about the militia movement.
Among these issues, the most important, the one that seems most immediately threatening, and which has been the prime motivation for the existence of the militia movement, has been the possibility of nation-wide confiscation of firearms by the US Federal government.
Indeed.
The Real Activists
The Southern Poverty Law Center, a rather shady group of lawyers who make profit by suing organizations they label as "hateful",
Wow. It takes a Russian to call a spade a spade.
The SPLC is the most anti-liberty organization in the U.S. Words fail me in describing them.
One militia group based in Southern values that recently drew attention was the Militia of Georgia, an armed formation consisting of what researchers claim is 300 men who operate in at least 20 cells throughout the state, which ordered its members to mobilize in the wake of the September 11 bombings, and to be on guard against attempts by the government to use the bombings to create a New World Order.
This move to a police state took a big move forward this morning, October 26th."
In 2003 I had a really tumultous time with the media. We've seen how one news reporter made a couple of errors that were easily capitalized on.
NOW, I'd like to say something else about all of this: Jay Bookman, Chief Editorial writer for the Atlanta Journal Constitution did an article on me that was researched... really researched. Some day I will find the article without having to pay for it, but while looking for it I found something online. I'll have a short commentary about this guy's views after quoting the article:
"Glenn Reynolds wrote about this case as an example of Homeland Security out of control. I figured I’d take a look at it and condemn it; from his description it looked pretty open and shut. In fact, from the article, it looked pretty open and shut. Sure, the guy’s a right winger, but that’s no excuse for persecuting him.
On the other hand, if he’s really taking a job at a gun store in order to collect names and home addresses of police in preparation for violent activity, that’s kind of the sort of thing you’d expect the cops to be worried about. So is Wynn telling the truth?
He claims that he’s never advocated violence. From the Militia of Georgia January 2003 newsletter, which he wrote:
“For years, I’ve given that analogy about a man who does not have a legal right to take away your money but, should he pull a gun and demand your money, he has the power to do so. For years, when I’ve made that analogy, many of you have let your testosterone and macho attitude take over and say, ‘Oh yeah, he may pull a gun but, I’m prepared and he’ll have to eat a few bullets….. blah, blah, blah…’ Well, friends, here it is, put up or shut up time…”
When Jimmy Wynn says he doesn’t advocate violence against police, he means he doesn’t advocate violence against “lawful” police. It’s a cute out. He doesn’t consider the current government to be lawful.
Also from the Patrioteer, by a different author: “If someone wants to know if the militia is ‘kind of skinhead hate group’ you will spend a great deal of time trying to prove that the bulk of the militia movement is not promoting racism.” Here’s the Forsythe Covenant, which was adopted by Wynn’s group in 1987. “The burgeoning non-white population explosion within our borders must be brought under control.” Yeah, they don’t promote racism.
So that’s Jimmy Wynn. He’s advocated violent revolution and he’s a racist. What does that mean about the news story?
Not much, actually. Either the GBI had evidence that he was collecting data illegally or they didn’t. Tipping off the store owner is way out of line. If there’s an issue, the GBI has plenty of power to investigate. Suspicion, even when it’s a guy like Jimmy Wynn, is not a very good reason to get someone fired. Do this kind of thing without due process, and all you’ve got is another martyr with another talking point that he can use to draw more people into the militia movement.
And, um, that’s exactly the position the GBI took on the matter. The agent who made the mistake was reprimanded and transferred. The GBI legal director said “more than likely contributed to, if not caused, the termination of a subject’s job because of his association with a particular group with no evidence of a crime being planned or committed…”
So in answer to Glenn’s question, “Who will speak out against this resurgence of McCarthyism?” I would have to say “The officer’s superiors are doing a pretty good job of that.” Tempest in a teapot."
And here is another entry:
Quick little followup on Jimmy Wynn:
Jay Bookman wrote an editorial about Wynn in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. (Read it while you can; it’ll move to a paid archive at some point.) From the summaries of his past columns, I wouldn’t call him a conservative — he looks pretty liberal to me. He defended Wynn and praised the decisions made by the GBI. So, I guess that’s who’ll speak out against this injustice. Liberal columnists.
I dropped Mr. Bookman an email discussing the question of Wynn’s propensities towards violence, by the by, and he kindly replied. He went out and did the kind of real research that local journalists can do, and talked to some of Wynn’s friends, so his conclusions regarding Wynn’s personality are based on more palpable evidence than my Web searches. I’m still not totally convinced, given the tendency towards obfuscation that exists in the militia movement, but I’m not unconvinced either."
I want all of you to know something right now. In 1987 I walked away from my position with the Forsyth County Defense League to be a co founder of what became the Militia of Georgia. We (meaning myself and the other founders of MOG) rebuked the Forsyth County Covenant. That's a matter of record. But, rest assured, Thomas Stoddard aka Jay, OB, etc. on the other boards will put a different spin on the subject.
And because I co - existed with people who were worried about the border situation (though I took NO POSITION on it myself) the dumb a**es in America paint me to be a "racist." And when I try to pass on the criticisms to those who advocate the Wall / Fence around America, we get no discussion at all. Look at what I have lived with for decades now.
Many of you who know me, know full well that I have not promoted racism. And I do not advocate offensive violence. I will advocate drawing a line in the sand but, I'm not some dumb redneck that advocates violent revolution.
And I have one more thing to say about all of this: Bookman looked into the charges that I allegedly beat on a girlfriend. Allegedly... I was found INNOCENT of the charge. AND to make sure it is a part of the court record, the ALLEGED victim testified under oath that THE PROSECTUORS THREATENED TO PUT HER IN JAIL IF SHE DIDN'T CORROBORATE THEIR VERSION OF THIS FABRICATED STORY. WHEN MY ATTORNEY ASKED HER IF ANY OF THEIR ALLEGATIONS WERE TRUE, SHE LOOKED AT HIM AND REPLIED, "NO SIR." The prosecutors threatened a witness that if they didn't commit perjury, they would be jailed on unspecified charges.
The prosecutor didn't waiver a bit even with the truth laid out for them. In closing arguments they said that this alleged victim would lie for me because if she didn't, I would beat her again when we got home. FACT: This girl didn't live in the same house as me. She didn't even live in the same county. AND by the time we went to court, we had gone our separate ways... I even had her removed from my property by the police once before this incident happened.
I'm making this public because I am going to clear my name once and for all and have a record of it all. Now, let's get this stuff straight:
IF my critics are right, then look at the time line. That incident happened in 1998 and I went to court in 1999. I went to work as a SALESMAN (and in Bookman's article he gets that distinction right) in 2003. Major question here: If I were guilty of this alleged beating, how come you suppose I passed the criminal background checks it took to work in a place which sells guns and other goodies to military and police accounts?
Common sense should dictate what is going on and who is telling the truth. I'll print Bookman's findings as soon as I can get a copy.
BINGO... Found the article I alluded to so many times:
6 May 2003
Government intelligence a misnomer
Jay Bookman
Forget the Dixie Chicks. If you want to understand the very real threat to our rights of free speech and free association, Jimmy Wynn is your man.
Wynn is commanding officer of the Militia of Georgia, a small paramilitary group that believes we are "governed by petty despots and tyrants" who have robbed us of our constitutional rights. Despite that heated rhetoric, however, no available evidence suggests that Wynn has ever advocated violence against the government or law enforcement. He's just an American with an odd point of view.
A year ago, Wynn was working as a salesman at a Norcross gun store when the store owner got a little phone call. It seems that an agent of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, armed with a classified "intelligence report" containing nothing more than innuendo, wanted to make sure that the owner understood the political leanings of his employee.
Wynn was fired. He never even understood what had happened to him until late last month, when he was told about the secret phone call by Bill Torpy, a reporter for this newspaper. Now Wynn's even more paranoid, and he has every right to be.
This is America. In this country, government agents do not secretly pass along unsubstantiated rumors about a person's political involvement to their employers. They do not pressure employers to fire people who have opinions that government officials do not like.
But in this case, they did.
There's good news here as well, though. Upon discovering what Special Agent John Lang had done, GBI officials acted quickly and appropriately. Despite a sterling record, Lang was reassigned and reprimanded for "an extremely critical lapse in judgment" that was "totally inexcusable."
Lang has appealed that reprimand, claiming that in the wake of Sept. 11, what was once improper has in some cases become necessary. He claims his actions were justified because Wynn's employment in a gun shop posed an imminent threat to the safety of law-enforcement officers.
The claim doesn't wash. There is no evidence that Wynn posed any danger, imminent or otherwise. Lang decided on his own to violate GBI policy against leaking such reports to civilians. In fact, the unconfirmed intelligence report he leaked contained a warning in large, bold type that it was to be shared only among law enforcement.
The GBI's recognition of the problem, and its willingness to act on its own to address it, is a reassuring reminder of the importance of professional law enforcement training.
That's important to keep in mind given what's going on in Washington. A provision now being debated in Congress would allow both the Pentagon and the CIA to investigate U.S. citizens within the boundaries of this country.
If the Pentagon wanted to find out what books you had checked out of the library, all it would have to do is issue a "national security letter" forcing the library to secretly cough up that information. No court order would be needed. If the CIA wanted to find out what Internet sites you visited, it could do so, again without a court order.
The CIA is an intelligence agency created to focus on foreign targets, not on the American people. The Pentagon is a military organization. Neither is primarily a law enforcement agency; neither has the professional training, the guidelines or the mind-set that would allow it to do such work without stomping on constitutional rights.
But like Lang, proponents of the change claim that Sept. 11 justifies changing all that.
Within the borders of this country, terrorism is a law enforcement problem, not a military problem. If the Pentagon or CIA has reason to believe that residents of this country may be involved in terrorism, it can and should work through the FBI, which is trained to handle that task. While that agency is far from perfect, it is at least designed to work within a constitutional framework.
Today, Jimmy Wynn is wrong about America. I want him to be wrong about it tomorrow too.
Unfortunately I was RIGHT about America... then and the one coming in the future. Amongst my critics, I'd like to know where I have to go in order to get my good name back.
For instance, "Jay" on another forum said that when I called my arrest and trial over the girlfriend charges to be "trumped up" that is what they all say (sic.) And he went on to call me a "retail clerk" working for $8 an hour and my firing had something to do with work ethic.
In 1999 I was found INNOCENT of the bogus charges. A jury heard the evidence. And if you check above, Bookman did not call me a "retail clerk." Finally, while I do not have the court records in front of me, it was the position of the GBI that their agent, John Lang, was the sole reason I lost my job.
Quite frankly, I've been forced to endure the likes of LEO snitch, Jaimie Blackstone and Thomas Stoddard spinning the stories to make me look like a stupid son of a bitch just long enough that I wanted a permanent record to CALL people on their lies and deliberate misrepresentations. And now I ask, where do I go to get my good name back???

Every time someone attacks me, I suddenly feel the need to vindicate myself with another tidbit from the history books. For good or bad, I give you the scoop, not the poop.
There is an e mail floating around this week from some guy named Jim Strode and R Stoner (real name for Stoner is Patti Weber) wherein they circulate crap accusing me of trying to fight the entire militia war with legal documents. Then comes the faux pas. They claimed that old timers they asked "never heard of me."
Then I found this, from a front page story in the Washington Times:
"As Jimmy Wynn of the Militia of Georgia sees it, the biggest threat surrounding the year-2000 bug isn't the potential for computer glitches, fuel rationing or civil unrest.
He believes the greatest danger comes from the federal government. And he's not alone.
"If the computers go down and the power grid fails, militia leaders across the nation worry that the White House might use an ensuing panic as an excuse to impose martial law. As they see it, the National Guard and the military would be activated to conduct door-to-door seizures of firearms. Ultimately, United Nations troops would be called in to keep the peace, thus moving the nation closer to the one-world ... "
You may want to get a free trial and see the entire story. I have an original with many pictures that accompanied it. That story appears in the 26 Dec. 1999 issue of the Washington Times and it was a front page story.
BTW, I have always predicted the above scenario, but once you see the entire article, I did NOT believe that Y2K would usher in such an event.
Also, note the other stories on that site. The "New American" in one sentence claimed that I was the "self described" Commanding Officer - That's tantamount to calling Bush "self described" since I was elected to that position. And then the author says "self styled" Militia of Georgia. What does that mean? The Militia styled itself? What do these wannabe writers smoke?
We've put up with so much stupidity from amateur newswriters that it's a wonder I still have any hair left on my head. But there it is. Even more evidence that we were around a decade ago. And if you've read carefully, we've been around two decades plus.
I have soooo many stories from the INet that show you were around and in Leadership back as far as 1993 (I think) that this BS is just that--BS!
That chick patti is somewhat obscure, IMO.
And the evidence on Tomas Stoddard 'right here on this board' is overwhelming in the sense that he is just seething with anger against the 'Opponents' of the NWO.
I have never seen such a consorted effort to derail, diminish, liable and otherwise disparage anyone like they have You.
Keep head up Brother. MOG/Enforcer have stood the test of time.
Now let's get the members of y'alls 'Rules Committee' to join in like we use to have on the board that crashed!
Respectfully
CDJ _________________ A ship in a harbor is safe, but that is not what they are made for.
Freedom Vet and getawayman are MOG officers. Both are posting currently. One Rules Committee member has passed away. One is now retired due to prostate cancer. One (Bari on the board is awol) while free_clear is working in an outdoor industry where he travels extensively and cannot post regularly.
And that is the remaining Rules Committee members. They think I'm getting my Fruit of the Looms in a bunch, worrying about a few people who don't amount to squat in the grand scheme of things. Maybe they're right. If someone tells you they were around in the past ten or fifteen years and never heard of me, they aren't very informed about militias. So, maybe it's time to start forgetting those trouble makers. OTOH, their recent e mail attack, railing against me did give me an excuse to post yet another of the news stories that came out back when.
With the need to rebuild the citizens militias, we need to pull out our resumes' and let the public know that there is an alternative to what is going on in the U.S. Thanks for the support, CatDaddy...
CatDaddy,Enforcer.i am indeed paying attention to whats going on...!!
Enforcer has good reason to be pissed...hell i would be too if iwere me.well maybe not so much.
But while you two are fussing over fairweather patriots bitches in-hiding i'm out in the field, you'd both would do well to remember the BASTARDS with REAL-POWER are putting the finising touches on Virtual ENSLAVEMENT.
Sooo when the bolt goes forward and strikes the primer all these chicken-hwks shall fall into the roadside ditchwater of life.
