its a little hard to read since you have to read half the screen and click next for each page and the next link is about half way down the page. You will see what i'm talking about.
also, what is not said that needs mentioning is that the IRS has no jurisdiction in social security matters including whether or not you are required to have a social security number. I have a letter from the social security admin from a few years ago and they say whether or not you even give an employer your SSN is a private matter. |

Did that letter from SSA have a IRS Regulation § #number# on it for reference?
