While I can agree with these guys, more needs to be done than to encourage you.
Right now we are looking at whether or not we should become a national militia. And we are looking for people who want to become leaders...or maybe they already are leaders.
Check this site out carefully. This week-end when I have some time, I'll check this thread and post the places on this forum that will tell you how to find people in your area. In addition, we are trying to have a complete training curriculum developed. SPIKE was initiated over a decade ago. Some of the material is outdated. Some of it will be timely generations from now.
If we had people with computer skills to help us build the website, link the website to the boards, and look more pleasing (with electronic eye candy) that might bring a few people into the militia.
My problem is, most of my friends are ex grunts. They know all about firearms, survival, and related subjects but, little about computers or other gadgetry that keeps you living a sedentary lifestyle.
Don't give up if you don't find someone here right away that lives close to you. We've added thirty people in the last month alone. I was told if you build it, they will come. The problem is getting you to stay until the job is completed.
Thanks for the encouragement. I may back off of something to take a hard look but I always complete what I start, at least so far!

Enforcer, I guess I have never heard of a milita going National, is that something you are alowed to explain without breaking security?
