I was just listening to some phony right wing mouthpiece on WGST radio out of Atlanta. The guy's name was Mark Levin. It took only three minutes to figure out that this guy was an absolute phony. And as our freedoms near their end, we have a responsibility to understand what is happening to our country and deal with it.
Norman Thomas, who ran for U.S. President six times on the Socialist Party ticket said:
"The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of 'liberalism' they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened."
Over the past ten years or so, the liberals have abandoned their strategy and are using so - called "conservative" talk radio to spread a phony message. The liberal socialists have been exposed, uncovered and embarassed. So, they use textbook Psy Ops of change to con people into accepting socialist under the guise of conservative patriotism. So, what did Levin say that I objected to so much?
Levin was accusing the "liberal" media of changing our culture via subtle changes in our language. Specifically, Levin railed against those who call people in this country illegally as being "undocumented immigrants." Levin either played to people's total ignorance or is himself in the dark on this, so pay attention. YOUR freedom may very well depend upon how well you understand this post.
Levin tried to make a comparison with people who refuse to pay their taxes and he called them "undocumented tax evaders" and he said things like undocumented robbers (sic), etc. Now, let's see if we can get this straight:
Foreigners in this country without documentation are undocumented immigrants, not "illegal aliens" for the following reasons:
1) Every person accused of a crime has a RIGHT to a presumption of innocence. Unless and until a person has been arrested, brought before a judge, tried, convicted and sentenced they are NOT a criminal, an illegal or anything else. Hopefully you will examine the following link:
2) American jurisprudence is based upon a doctrine called stare decisis. It is a Latin term, meaning simply to let the decision stand. So, if we go along with tyrants like King George, the Bush when he said, "anyone not with me is with the terrorists" then, basically any person who challenges the Powers That Be, would be considered to be a criminal, illegal, rapist, robber, etc., etc. What's good for the goose is good for the gander
3) If we do not refer to those we believe are "illegal" whatevers or criminals without the benefit of due process and make a determination absent a judge, jury and penal system to carry out the findings, then we support tyranny and repression. End of story
A person in this country who does not have the proper identification is an undocumented immigrant (He or she may be run through the system only to find out they are here legally.) The guy who commits a rape, robbery, murder, act of incest, etc. is a SUSPECT.
Levin rails against people who use the proper terminology and accuses them of changing our vocabulary when, in fact, it is conservative radio talk show hosts who are deceiving the public.
Some day, YOU could be featured in the news based upon the prejudices of social commentators. And if Sean Vannity, Hush Bimbo, (Bob) and Neal Boortz or maybe even Michael Weiner (aka Michael Savage) or Murky Levin could put the word out on you and every jury in America would cut your private parts off just because social commentators claim they are free to call people criminals, rapists, etc.
The bad thing is, everybody will remember the allegations. Few will remember the final outcome. And let me tell you from personal experience, it is mortal Hell when you've been accused of a crime, found innocent and then still cannot live a normal life since everyone knows what you were accused of - and even if a jury finds you innocent, the critics will believe your lawyer got to the jury or greased the judge's pocketbook in order to get you off the hook.
There is a reason that we have a presumption of innocence. Since Mr. Levin should be well versed in the topic BEFORE spouting off like that, I must presume he knows what I just said here. And if he did, why did he do such a thing?
It is political psy ops 101. It would be textbook. The whole basis of Levin's argument relies on the BIG LIE THEORY. Adolf Hitler understood the Big Lie Theory. It's pretty simple: Tell a lie often enough and it becomes the truth. In human nature, it's easier to believe a lie told a thousand times than a truth nobody ever heard before.
So, if you want those people to illegal this or that or criminal this or that, start thinking how you will feel when you get sacked by the system without the benefit of due process.

Well, it's not too far off topic to discuss radio talk show since it is being used for PSY OPS in America.
WSB radio here in Atlanta is the home of several "conservative" head honchos like Mike Weiner (aka Michael Savage) and Sean Vannity (I mean Sean Hannity) not to mention the phony libertarian, Neal Boortz.
Cox also owns LIBERAL radio stations which feature people like Al Sharpton:
One news source ADMITTED that Neal Boortz used air time for the specific purpose of testing the First Amendment. The article begins:
"Atlanta-based talk radio host Neal Boortz of WSB 750AM appears to have used the end of Arbitron’s spring ratings season to test the limits of the First Amendment."
Fact is, Neal said just yesterday that he would be appearing with a liberal talk show host in some kind of dsicussion and while I forgot the name, he did call that other Cox syndicated talk show host a "flaming liberal."
WGST radio is owned by Clear Channel Communications. Among their board members used to be Vernon Jordan. Jordan, as you recall was a close friend and advisor to President Bill Clinton and was accused of lying to investigators during the investigations into perjury and obstruction of justice charges against Clinton.
The people on talk radio are not independent. They do what their bosses tell them to do. Boortz is the FIRST to tell you. His show is for entertainment... NOT for news, education, etc. The controlled media exists to control the sheeple and program them. When did you ever hear of the controlled news and entertainment media speak highly of any militia leader - or even the Ku Klux Klan for that matter? I point out the K.K.K. because the program they initiated is very hot today. Shouldn't they get credit for it?
I just heard a message on my answering machine from one of our posters listening to Mr. Levin today and asking me to listen too so that I could show how socialistic Levin was on whatever topic he was talking about today.
Here's the deal:
This thread is about PsyOps and semantics. Psy Ops is short for Psychological Operations. PsyOps are the psychological means of conducting warfare - generally in the form of propaganda and Pavlovian conditioning. Semantics is the study of the meaning of words.
We can best put this into perspective using Barack Obama's current political campaign. As an example, Obama may say he is against "terrorism." The soccer moms equate that with Obama saying he is against the kind of "terrorism" of 9 / 11. In Obama's mind, terrorism would be the Bush war against Iraq. It's the same word; it simply means different things to different people.
The person using PsyOps will use the words you want to hear, but all the while they are applying THEIR definition to them. Therefore, technically, they aren't lying to you - provided you can accept their misdirection as not being dishonest. You HEAR what you want - the PsyOps orerator GETS what they want.
Now, let's come back to Levin. ALL of the current radio talk show hosts are working for companies owned by liberal interests. And they all know that talk radio is slowly imploding. And let me give you an example:
Neal Boortz in Atlanta is the BIG CHEESE here. And when Neal is gone from his post, Herman Cain is filling in for him. And lately Cain is doing double time on the radio. You begin to wonder why WSB doesn't hire a part time man so that Boortz AND Cain can have off time. I'm a little off topic, but the point is, NONE of the radio stations has a stable of younger talent doing part time duty. Talk radio is dying.
Levin, Cain, Boortz... and all the rest say outrageous things to keep the pot stirred up. Their monologues, rants and banter may be party line "conservatism,"; therefore, not EVERY stance they take will be obvious liberalism. The thing to remember is that the news and entertainment outlets are heavily controlled. And these guys may say things which are party line so that picking up on who they are and what they are is NOT the job for the amateur. But, I am giving people some clues:
I am a CONSTITUTIONALIST. With that in mind, I believe that a person is INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. Most people realize that George Bush is a New World Order lackey. So, we weren't all that enthusiastic about his comment that "anyone not with me is with the terrorists." I'm not going to sugar coat this for you. What kind of moronic, unconstitutional BULLSHIT was that? A person cannot disagree with Bush and simply just be a citizen who disagrees with him? Obviously not.
Levin used the same, identical kind of New World Order arguing points by calling people he SUSPECTED of being in this country "illegally" as something that has yet to be proven. And worse, he tried to subvert the English language by mocking those who stand up for the Constitution by suggesting that we call people SUSPECTED of not paying their taxes as being "undocumented tax evaders."
The people behind the New World Order have decided to pick on a segment of society that is least able to defend themselves. And in doing so, they are conning the American people into adopting a way of thinking which is unconstitutional, un-Christian and worse yet indefensible. Unwittingly, Levin made MY arguing points on this a bit easier.
I've spent the last three years warning the American people that calling the Hispanics "illegal aliens" would have consequences far beyond anything we could imagine. Levin confirmed it. Each of us - Hispanics included, are PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. As a victim of the so - called "Patriot Act," I'm a bit sensitive to the issue.
If Levin insists that we keep up this misconception that you must keep calling Hispanics, "illegal aliens" lest you call the SUSPECTED income tax "cheat" an undocumented tax evader, then look where it ends up. ALL of you in the militia and patriot movements would be a criminal (fill in the blanks) under Levin's logic... and Levin's logic is carefully drafted to con you into accepting NWO definitions.
Unless and until a person has been arrested, booked, arraigned, tried and found GUILTY in a de jure court of law by a jury of that person's peers, they are not an "illegal" anything... they are only a SUSPECT... not an illegal, criminal, subject or any other term. They are a SUSPECT. And YOUR rights and YOUR freedoms and YOUR Liberties all depend on whether or not you can understand the simplicity of what is being said here.

The right wing cannot and will not take the time to understand this issue for what it is and what it is NOT. Do we have an "illegal alien" problem?
Had someone asked me that twenty five years ago, I'd have said that immigration WAS definitely a problem. However, the American people ignored it and now the damage is irreversible. AND since the American people (including those who bitch about it) are hiring the foreigners, RENTING to them, SELLING to them, BUYING from them, and doing business in general with them, then I do not understand where they perceive there is a problem. I've paid dearly for failing to understand the perceived problem too. The people complaining about the "illegal alien" issue are asking the government to solve a "problem" that they willingly - and of their own free will, participate in!
Because the American people have failed to understand the issue and to understand the mechanics behind the issue - along with the demographics, you can rest assured that Barack Obama WILL be elected to the presidency for understanding immigration in its proper context and capitalizing on it.
In the meantime, the patriot community is saddled with the issue of PSY OPS AND SEMANTICS being used relative to that issue in order to implement National ID, National Gun Registration and an absolute evisceration of the Fourth Amendment simply because we refuse to STOP, THINK, LOOK and LISTEN to how the enemies use our own prejudices against us.

RESPONSE: Your question is off topic since we are discussing Psy Ops, but semantics are a relative part of the discussion.
If you enter the United States without following the guidelines, you are an UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANT. The first reason is that every person is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law by a jury of one's peers.
If you allow the radio talk show hosts to prevail upon this point AND you view it as a "conservative v. liberal" issue, then you have let every constitutionalist in America down. The precedent that you endorse will reach into your own life. For if the government deems that you are a terrorist, based upon what they think you did or did not do, then you would not be entitled to due process and a presumption of innocence. The reason being, you established that a person is guilty first and must prove their innocence.
To convince you of this, I'll give you the words of a LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL :

have the same civil rights as any American. This is a matter of law and is beyond debate. As partial evidence of the civil rights protection for aliens, the 14th Amendment contains the following clause:

If the foreigner is not afforded due process of the law, then you cannot, realistically and in good conscience, expect the government to observe your Rights and Liberties when they think you did something "illegal." Levin was mentioned because his antics are indicative of all those people in the controlled news and entertainment media. They are all the same. The people who hire radio talk show hosts have gotten it down to a science. They look for the most egotistical people they possibly can AND those who think they are independent voices, while they are actually the "useful idiots" contemplated by Vladimir Lenin.

Now, here is the million dollar issue: How come people like Mark Levin and other radio talk show hosts take a NATIONAL SOCIALIST stance, advocating that anyone who disagrees with them is guilty of a criminal act prior to having been afforded due process?
Did you also notice that these same radio talk show hosts proffer "solutions" which always end up requiring the citizenry to forfeit God given Rights and Liberties for the promise of temporary safety? Furthermore, did you notice that not once... not one single time, on any radio talk show did the mouthpiece address the issue of personal responsibility to a given issue, but rather blames politicians and then promotes a bigger and more intrusive government to take care of us?
John Swinton, who had been the Chief of Staff of the New York Times, was giving a toast before the New York Press Club in 1953 and you need to hear exactly what he said:

Over half a century later, those words are still relevant and apply to ALL news commentators and media mouthpieces. These guys have corralled the right wing "conservatives" into the small, and almost insignificant, space known as talk radio. There, they put their Gods of the airwaves on and these "gentlemen" feed us a concoction of 99.9 percent truth, mixed in with their poisonous tenth of a percentage of totalitarian slavery so that we can feel like we're accomplishing something, but in reality, we are only "braiding the rope" which will hang us. We brood over the "problems" and then end up demanding a bigger and more intrusive government to come to our rescue.
If you happen to disagree with these self appointed Gods of the airwaves, they will put you at the front of the line, beat you down and then cut you off the air before you can make a response... which, BTW, creates the phony "need" to have the Fairness Doctrine reinstated. Yep, the radio talk show hosts get to play both sides of the fence on that one - complaining about how unfair it is, while creating a perceived "need" for the law by being unfair to those who disagree with them. They get three or four hours a day to make their point - you get two sentences on a single broadcast to dispute it.
So, you know who owns the airwaves; you know the standard operating procedure. Shall we discuss the issue of semantics now?
I'll try to stir up some discussion one more time before throwing in the towel on yet another subject.
Semantics - - The study of the meaning of words
Barack Obama will tell you he is against "terrorism." And many people will give him the red carpet treatment. Obama is being hailed as some kind of great saviour to bring about "change." But, did you ever stop to think that if Obama is against the War in Iraq and is "against" terrorism, his definition and the definition by the bulk of the American people might be totally different?
And George Bush was quite forward about his definition. Anyone who opposed him was "with the terrorists." Now, you take a guy like me - strict constructionist, pro Liberty and against compromises on questions of God given Liberties ...I have no use for Mr. Bush. And his fantasy war required a Declaration of War authorized by Congress. Instead, Congress gave Mr. Bush carte blanche to wage a war without congressional approval. If the war looked good, the Dems could always say they voted to support it, but if the war didn't look so good around election time, the Dems could realistically call it Bush's war and that would be correct. In the end, the American people supported an unconstitutional action which has now cost the Retardicans the White House, Congress and the Senate... and you know the left controls the Supreme Court.
Semantics... it's all in how we use the words. And it's up to people like you and I to differentiate and delienate between what we hear and what the pols - and especially their mouthpieces are saying to us.
The best way to identify a change agent is to watch very carefully and see how their "solutions" are always crafted to create a bigger and more intrusive government, always implying that you need government to help you protect you from yourself. The next best way is to begin identifying how the "solutions" affect the peripheral issues.
If there is any interest in pursuing this line of thought, I will continue with an example concerning gun control. It's kind of a long post, so we won't bother with it unless people are actually reading this thread and wanting to continue.
I would ask that you hold on ,some of us have other pressing duites then playin word games,but if some of you wanna-be lier's think your going to get away with sluring certain beliefs and idea's of a political group then hide behind the term CONSTITUTIONALIST...then some of us have been hitting the BONG a little too hard.
So in between my job,school ,and a incresing hostile family i decided to do more research on the thread and the huge loads of FALSEHOODS that someone is posting.
