Make no mistake about it. Being in the militia is legal. Being in politics is legal. Both ventures do carry some risk if you happen to become the head monkey. John F. Prior to the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in 1995, the militia in most of the United States was underground and not widely known about. I'll never forget being on a tv talk show in '95 and they asked me if the militia was racist. Not knowing more than 2 percent of the people in the militia, I tried the truth... I simply didn't know. That went over like a fart in Sunday School. The public had been fed a perception. And to this day, I really don't know what the majority think in the militia.

Some of us can only be able to post and write ,truly some of have Higher education abilty's and the rest like myself struggle day to day trying to make heads or tails of signs and billboards in spanish,hindu,and Farsi(hmm hope i spelled it rightand)most of us here are ex-military so hardship are a part of life.
Now my suggestion that issues or past problems in the form of conflict disputes amongst MOG and it Capt's should've been addressed in private...IT WAS A SUGGESTION THAT I MYSELF MADE A SMALL MISTAKE AND POSTED IT ON THE OPEN PORTION..OH MY SHAME ON ME!

To me this was a minor disagreement issue solved by level heads ..you as a so-called leader would know that!

Normally I tend to go off topic to address criticisms, (such as the misinformation you just posted) but in this case, I have a job to do GETAWAYMAN and I will address your concerns before leaving this thread, just not right now. You will get your just deserts before I exit. Right now, this is an educational thread, not a private bitch fest for you.
In 1982 (or thereabouts) I organized a political rally for some people and the turnout (according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation) was a minimum of 7,500 people, but no more than 12,000. Unfortunately, those guys thought going the "Leaderless Resistance" way would help their effort. History testified against them. We built the militia up so that by 1998 we could still attract audiences of that size.
The problem always has been that once people get to the meeting place, few are willing to stick with the program. That is what this thread is addressing. What some of my detractors do not realize is that I bring the big numbers to the table once. If there is no support for the reason (s) which brought them to the table, there is no point in me delivering the bodies for the KNOW IT ALLS to run them off with their pettiness.

Now, before we post the conclusion to this thread, I'd like to show by example how disinformation works:
In the year 2000, Alex Jones produced a video entitled Police State 2000. At first I thought this guy's intentions were sincere - except that he seemed to be the Jerry Springer of the right. His videos were aimed at warrantless searches and seizures, one world government,martial law, an erosion of our constitutional Liberties, etc.
A few short years later, Jones would jump onto the anti - immigrant bandwagon, joining the self proclaimed Minutemen types. Amid Jones' railing and whining, the solutions he proffered only served to advance the very evils he complained about in his Police State 2000 video. Studying Alex Jones and his Standard Operating Procedures, one must wonder if he is a government agent or one of the "useful idiots" the communists prophesied about which would aid in the destruction of America.
It's difficult to say whether or not America really has a "problem" with immigration. We've never had a debate nor an honest discussion as to whether or not the alleged problem is qualitative or quantative ... or both ... or if one offsets the other. The people are sucked into the manufactured "problem" and end up choosing between canned solutions which ultimately cost them their God given Liberties. Maybe there is an immigration issue which could be addressed through discussion and honest debate, but we have to examine the current situation for what it is... an Hegelian created "problem" with Liberties and freedom being the cost to "solve" it.
And so, before unloading the message that GETAWAYMAN has been chomping at the bits for, let me summarize the important parts of this:
1) A careful analysis of history must be done in order to understand each issue and problem
2) An organization or an idea advances ONLY when the people working for it can identify what it is
3) You cannot allow the PSYOPs pros in the government nor the private sector (SPLC, SCLC, ADL, etc.) distract you with pie in the sky diversions
4) An idea must be stated, promoted and then defended or it dies

This thread promised to air the "dirty laundry" and end the issue once and for all. What I am about to write is for the benefit of all of you who are in the militia. It is not a bitch fest nor anything which is divisive. It is a learning tool and an informational post.
Let me introduce the players. We have GETAWAYMAN, freedomvet, Phoenix, and probably more people who may want to chime in after this posting is over.
BEFORE any of those people were members of the Militia of Georgia, we had a solid 1,600 base of membership - and that was the estimate by government and private sector calculations. I am ONE of the original founding members and probably THE major recruiter. The men who helped found the MOG group were myself, Marvin Nash Worthy (a now retired historian and published author), the late Lt. Col. Gordon "Jack" Mohr (U.S. Army - first American captured during the Korean Conflict, beaten, tortured, and sentenced to die - he escaped and lived to tell about his trials and tribulations. We have one founding member, Pastor Braswell who died a few years ago and another un-named member (mostly because he is running for political office.)
In 1995 we became somewhat public and by 1998 had become public, trying to recruit and become a "constitutional militia." Between 1998 and 2001 we held elections of different sorts and I was elected the Commanding Officer of the Militia of Georgia. The EXECUTIVE duties of the Militia remained within the jurisdiction of myself and a poster here who goes by the name of free_clear (or something close to that.) The LEGISLATIVE AND JUDICIAL duties of the militia are supposed to be carried out by representatives of the various UNITS within this state. This body is called The RULES COMMITTEE. A UNIT consists of at least three members who are in the same geographical area of the state.
Now, GETAWAYMAN's beef is over what he calls "dirty laundry." So, let me take a stab at this stuff since most of what I get is second hand info. Prior to this discussion board we had a board which went down due to a server crash. It was not due to anything else. PRIOR to that we had our FIRST discussion board - which was built by a pizza delivery guy. The pizza delivery guy built the board and then made me the administrator of it. Under the Rules and Regulations of the Militia of Georgia AND the SIGNED contractual agreements ANYTHING donated to the Militia of Georgia (including time expended) becomes the property of the Militia of Georgia. Furthermore, in my capacity as the EXECUTIVE OFFICER, I have control over the recruitment, websites, discussion boards, membership list, and all general business relating thereto.
Several years ago, the pizza delivery guy sneaks into the FIRST discussion board we had and locked me out as administrator. With it, he stole the membership list of about 300 posters... most of whom I personally recruited to be on that board. GETAWAYMAN chose to go with the pizza delivery guy. By legal definition, the pizza delivery guy was a traitor and GETAWAYMAN could have been discharged for conduct unbecoming.
At that point I had lost the membership list and was locked out of the board while GETAWAYMAN and the pizza delivery guy took pot shots at me... none of which I was "allowed" to respond to. I know what you're thinking so let me answer your question: I had a list of over 800 people. A little over 300 of them had registered on the board. It was impossible to write to everybody without 500 people NOT ON THE BOARD hearing of a "pissing match" in the militia. So, we started over with the SECOND discussion board. And some people found their way to the new board... others thought that GETAWAYMAN and the pizza boy had overthrown the leadership here.
Today, here we are a few years later and GETAWAYMAN is here, accusing me of whining - when the intent was to educate people. Well, back then, GETAWAYMAN associated himself with a reject from the Ku Klux Klan, who thought it was kosher to refer to some of my family members as "fu(k!ng spics." They thought it was cool to lock me out of the board I had a legal right to be in. And when all that happened, GETAWAYMAN and his co hort attacked me and I... along with the XO at MOG responded with a war of words. So, GETAWAYMAN'S feelings got hurt.
freedomvet, who is a UNIT CAPTAIN (a representative of the Rules Committee) and he has chosen NEVER to prosecute anyone for violation of the standing rules. That stance almost cost him a 25 + year friendship when he backed KNOWN federal informants against me. AND if you take a look at this thread, you get the idea that freedomvet isn't up to speed as to what is happening on the internet:
I point that out because that topic was active on the home page when you first come here. If freedomvet couldn't find an active topic on the home page, you know he isn't a computer geek that reads all this stuff.
Then, there is the mention of Phoenix. Phoenix, under another name, disagreed with me about a topic I know infinitely more about than he does when we had our SECOND board. While he may have exited the board, I have never received any written resignation from him. So, let's be fair and honest here. If by staying away from the board, that signals Phoenix's exit from the Militia of Georgia, then GETAWAYMAN'S several year absence means that he is NOT a member either. But, that's not my call - just an honest observation. Phoenix has never resigned from the militia and has even been to meetings since GETAWAYMAN'S departure. AND, he is a member by his own written declaration on this board.
When the Rules Committee was formed, we had a minimum support base of 1600 IN STATE members / supporters. Since their first petition to hold a tribunal, they have never prosecuted a single member; never held a physical meeting with a substantial number of Rules Committee members present; never sent any rules to be signed to me; never physically joined me in actual work. GETAWAYMAN will tell you of his sacrifices, but he never paid dues... okay the first year he may have. His contribution was attending meetings and talking to people on the phone - along with the occasional meet and greet while he was on the road as a truck driver.
GETAWAYMAN talks about "dirty laundry," and as I've said, it's pretty much second hand info I'm getting, but he holds me responsible for his family situation. Reality check: the last time I saw GETAWAYMAN'S sons, they were lugging rucks on an FTX and those rucks were as big as they were. It seems that some people cannot differentiate between problems they created for themselves and problems which come directly or indirectly from militia activity. I've been in court several times over MILITIA related activities (details are on this board) and some of that stuff nearly cost me my life (details are on this board.) NO militia funds were ever used in my defense; no militia member ever went into a courtroom with me; no militia member was ever solicited for money. Now, answer me this: If I don't use the militia to solve MILITIA issues for myself and NEVER have dragged them into personal family issues I am responsible for, why does anyone think it was owed to GETAWAYMAN?
If your Rights are at stake, call me. I WILL BE THERE.
I have given the militia dedicated service since 1987. The Rules Committee has not been able to keep and maintain the members they have... and GETAWAYMAN'S pizza boy has already lost the 300 person lead he had. Yet, they all blame me for their failures. Hell, they even blame a discussion board that less than a third of the militia members have ever been on. Do you know what a blister is? It's what shows up AFTER the work has been done. GETAWAYMAN put his saddle on a lame horse that gave up the ghost. And then he made some vague allegation on the board about "dirty laundry." Well, if it were so private, why even mention it on the board? Why open that can of worms and then tell the people we'll discuss it in private?
The Rough Draft will continue, regardless of what does or does not happen in the militia. But, the reality is: if I had been such a son of a bitch as is being portrayed, how is it they vote me back into office EVERY two years? Where are the fruits of their labors? The few who are helping me build something for the future never get into these whizzing contests.
Nothing that has happened on this thread is an anomaly. It is what happens in EVERY kind of organization you can name. Once you sit back and watch it and watch how it is addressed this time, you'll see that we can sound the call of VICTORY. I could build the membership of the Militia of Georgia back to the thousands again. But, you don't build the membership if the rest of the leadership isn't going to back the program. And that's why I haven't recruited in the past decade.
With only months left, those guys can lead, follow, or get out of the way. I'm off to the Rough Draft and then onward to getting organized before the final chapter of our republic is written.
With sincere reluctance I must respond to the alligations stated by Enforcer. Only part of the story is being told about me not backing the rules committee concerning the two accused Feds.
Too many times members of an organization or people in general can be accused of acts of crimes they may or may not be responsible for and one person can influence a number of people when the people or person in question does not have the oppertunity to defend them selves. One of the accused, a dedicated and hard working member of the MOG, a person with exceptonal leadership ability was accused of charges and I refused to dismiss this person without going before a tribunal with this person given the opportunity to defend herself. The person in question wanted and deserved the opportunity to defend herself and her good name.
The problem went on for a long time. I read over and over the name calling, obsene language and this person being chastized, even Enforcer calling me a lier.
When I became a member of the MOG rules committee I took a responsibility to represent issues, even tought issues with the same responsibility as I would if I was a member of congress.
I was the one person that probally had a influence on the then XO quitting the MOG because he and all the others disagreed with my decission to let the person in question state her case before a unbious jury. At first Enforser was in favor of this too.
At one point in the mist of all the anger the two accused, legally incorporated the MOG and Georgia Militia. At that time I told the accused there was nothing more I could do for her.
GMERT (Georgia Emergency Response Team) continued after the breakup to be active with regular taining and events several years after the break-up and may be active now.
We in N.E. Georgia fought the government over the Ga state flag issue for about six years and did play a role in the removal of Roy Barns the Ga. governor instrumental in stealing the right to vote on the Ga, state flag.
We know how politics work and we also know words alone don't get things done. We have organized active resistance and accomplished some of our objectives but not all. Our success was due because we organized and put all our resourses together. Our actions are documented with, (television, radio, newspapers) and vidios taken for our records and defence if necessary.

There is no "rest of the story" to freedomvet's allegations. The discharged member did, in fact, join an organization opposed to the goals and objectives of the Militia of Georgia... namely the incorporated version of the Militia of Georgia (which existed for rougly 15 years prior to the incorporated version.) It is also a fact that I have, in my possession, a document wherein the discharged agreed NOT to do that.
It is a FACT that freedomvet met with the Executive Officer, the Commanding Officer and another Unit Captain at a restaurant in Gainesville, Georgia and was made privy to well documented PROOF linking that discharged individual with the Dept. of Homeland Security.
It is a FACT that the discharged person was offered an opportunity to defend themself in a tribunal with freedomvet being the arbitrator. The discharged steadfastly refused to comply with the requirements relative to their tribunal - and did, in fact, threaten the Commanding Officer. When the accused failed to defend themself in a timely manner (she was given 60 days), she lost her defense by default.
It is a FACT that freedomvet's best friend did report to the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer and Unit Captains that he did witness the discharged person in contact with Law Enforcement Officials during a flag rally in Toccoa, Georgia which freedomvet spoke at.
It is a FACT that the discharged person went onto discussion boards falsely accusing me of having been convicted of crimes which I never even been accused of, much less convicted of. And I have proof of that on this very board!!!
freedomvet, himself, did in FACT sign an agreement with the Militia of Georgia which prohibits him from working with organizations and individuals opposed to the Militia of Georgia.
All of this has been examined, re-examined, etc. Bottom line: The individuals that freedomvet chose to keep associating with, did in fact, conspire to assist LEOs in creating a phony pretext whereby I could be raided and killed on the basis of rumors and innuendo. And in the final analysis, I did NOT discharge that invididual, nor did I undermine the Rules Committee Chairman by over-ruling the discharge pending some kind of tribunal. Even as that individual was spitting in my face, I lost members and friends trying to help them get their "day in court."
Look, if you'd like to retry the case a millionth time, we can do it. Unfortunately, this thread isn't about that so, please feel free to start another one about this in the Legal forum. Thank You.
Getaway Man, Again I am impeled to agree with you! I read and re-read most of the post as my time would permit. There's some interresting and informative information and thoughts and I want to thank the ones posting.
There is a need for this movement to grow and a need for good leadership. It takes more than a computer and fancy words to make a leader. Leadership is not destroying and attacking fellow patriots because you disagree.
From the post I've read I know there are real patriots out there. From the people I communicate with each day in public places and the interrest they show for this country and economy I know the main ingredient needed to pull them together is responsible leaders with direction and the ability to organize.
In the past we all had differences including you and I. Some of the best friends I ever had developed after a bloody nose.
Not taking anything away from the MOG or the movement one must realize things don't always work out.
Without a doubt Enforcer was aparently one of the co-founders of the MOG and as far as I am concerned he is and has always been the CO. I have never disputed that and I don't disagree with that now.
I became a member of the militia movement because I was looking for like minded men and women who cared for thier country and had the guts to take a stand when necessary.
Like-wise whether it is with the MOG or as an individual I will continue to fight for what I know is right. I will also continue to carry out training exercises with groups I have been affialiated with over the past few years. Many militia organizations are underground.
There is a need for unity but it won't work as long as the main ingredient is attacking other patriots. Most serious minded patriots are not interrested in that type of conduct.

RESPONSE: freedomvet signed an agreement with the Militia of Georgia which states, "If accepted as a memberI will not work for / with any governmental agency, organization, group, individual or corporation opposed to the Militia of Georgia or the Mission Statement of the Militia of Georgia."
Jack Sullivan attempted to overthrow the leadership in the Militia of Georgia and he incorporated the Militia of Georgia AND in an interview with Atlanta Journal Constitution, Sullivan claimed that he "quit" MOG to oppose us. He wasn't exactly honest since he was dishonorable discharged. freedomvet continued to network with that guy - and even people freedomvet KNEW were working with LEOs against us.
I'm not the brightest bulb around here, but it looks to me like freedomvet freely gives his word and then has trouble keeping it... I have to call you on that, freedomvet. If I'm wrong, the ball is in your court.

When this problem was going on there was a lot of telephone conversations and emailing going on betweeen the MOG and the acussed parties. Unfortually, I was not a part of that. I caught the tail end of the problem. As a new member on the rules committee I became involved with the part of Miss Blackstone who was a dedicated member of the MOG at the time and also an inportant asset to the MOG.
The only fair way for me to make a decission was to take the information against the accused, as you would any court and let both sides present thier case and then make a decission from the evidense presented. If I had the same situation today I would do the same.
As for collaborating with the alleged enemy; I did not break all the ties I had with people we all trained with. Though there are differences you don't toss away a friendship aquared on the battle field.
Ms. Blackstone, was, employed as a state Fire Marshal.
As for backing Enforcer; I would have anytime, and will now, without hesitation when the call comes out. I know when and if I hear from him the cituation is for real.
There's a statement in the commitiment I took, that makes reference to conciounce!
As for the militia groups made reference to...there are different ones that choose to be completely out of the public view! I don't have to disclose the risk involved by being public today.
The important objective is to unite. If we are not prepared in advance to accept the challenges ahead we will not be effective!
