· Quote

Evil triumphs when good men do nothing!

In the current presidential election the most oft used word is “change”.  This is because the state of the Union is what can only be described as miserable.  We truly are worse off than the Founder’s could ever have imagined and what Americans consider normal today is the embodiment of not only their worst fears, but their worst nightmares as well.  Our government truly has become an out of control monster which devours its own citizens and is murdering and torturing people around the world in the name of national security.

While Barrack Obama and John McCain talk a lot about change, unfortunately, the changes they are talking about are minor and will do nothing to rectify or address the real problems we face or reduce the abominations being foisted upon the world with our money, resources, and military.  Indeed, both political camps, Republican and Democrat alike, are solidly behind the New World Order and their nefarious designs of world domination.  They also believe this Nation has license to police other nations and foster wars of aggression which spread tyranny around the globe.  We are an oppressive and aggressor nation which has subjugated its own citizens, robbed them of their heritage and taken away their inalienable rights.  Now to our shame and discredit, we sit back and applaud while our oppressors attempt to bring the rest of the world into their grip.

In light of all of the above, what changes should be made to right what is so obviously wrong?  There is a sole key solution to most of our problems and this is that those we elect to serve must stop lying.  Our government and the entire political structure that supports it is a house of cards based entirely upon lies.  Most everything of late which has happened to this nation and to the rest of the world has happened primarily because of lies and if it weren’t for those lies, we wouldn’t be where we are today.  Lying by our leaders has become so pervasive and widespread that we accept it as normal.  It is this blind and foolish acceptance that is behind our undoing.

I am sure if you are still reading this essay, your thoughts are that this guy is not playing with a full deck of cards.  Surely things cannot be as bad as he portrays.  If they were, wouldn’t Dr. Phil or Montel would tell us about it.  How can our ship of state be so terribly bankrupt when everything you see on television portrays our government as being so good?  Well my friends, everything we see about our government on television is good because television is controlled by people in bed with the group of liars who are responsible for everything that is happening to us.  Furthermore, if you think anyone who is card carrying member of “the system” is going to destroy their career by speaking out, then you truly are out of touch with reality.  But I am getting ahead of myself here.

The United States of America is supposed to be a nation composed of sovereign states bound together by a sacred document called a constitution.  This being the case, the kind of government we are supposed to have is a Republic.  In a Republic the constitution is the highest law of the land and above all other things, those elected to serve must obey and follow it to the letter.  Indeed, Article VI, Clause 3, of our Constitution states:

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution.

In keeping with this very important provision of our Constitution, just prior to taking office, members of Congress and our President swear before God and country the following oaths:

The President - I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Congress - I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.

Clearly, there is no room for equivocation here.  The President, Congress, and all other officers of the United States, first and foremost, have a sworn duty to faithfully support preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution.  This being true, the question arises as to why our Constitution is dysfunctional for the primary purpose for which it was written.  Yes, in case you haven’t been paying attention and are a person who thinks watching Opra is more important than fulfilling your obligations as a citizen of this Nation, our government pays lip service to our Constitution solely to make citizens think it is functional and as a matter of routine practice, ignores and shamelessly violates most of its most important provisions.  This abhorrent reality is not speculation or conjecture!  Instead, it is a hard cold fact which our President and every member of Congress is aware of, willingly tolerates, and lives with as the status quo from the moment they take office.

(If you wish learn about how our government operates in violation of our Constitution go to the Constitution Forum at www.constitutionforum.us and read:  A Letter to Cousin Jerry)

When the President or a member of Congress swears they will support, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America, they do so knowing full well that they have no intention of doing so.  Therefore, when they take their oath they are deliberately lying.  This brings to mind the question; what kind of person would do such a thing?  The worst that can be said of a person who deliberately lies before God and country is that they are the lowest form of scum to crawl across the face of this planet and this description works quite well.  However, rhetoric aside, the bottom line is that it should be clear that such a person cannot be trusted and more important, under no circumstances should such a person be trusted to hold a position of authority within our government.  Not only has the newly elected official in question lied to us, but they have called upon God to witness their lie and by so doing, have shown beyond any shred of doubt that they are not qualified to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the office to which they were elected.

Wake up and think about how astounding this is!  When Americans enter a voting booth, the vast majority of us vote for a lying slime ball who will be condemned by God and is destined to burn in hell forever.  And it is these kinds of people who we elect and accept as our leaders.  Is it any wonder that everything about this Nation is so screwed up?  But it gets a lot better than this.  Not only do we elect such garbage to be our leaders, we take it a step beyond by pledging allegiance a government created by them and which serves their needs and not ours.  They and theirs get the banquet and we are left with the crumbs.  And the ultimate irony of this is that when we pledge allegiance to the criminal enterprise which we wrongfully believe is our government, we use words which avow before God and the world that we are pledging allegiance to a government which no longer exists.

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America
and to the Republic for which it stands,
one nation under God, indivisible,
with liberty and justice for all.

When we recite this pledge we are lying because this Nation is no longer a Republic.  The truly deplorable thing about this state of affairs is that we invoke God’s name when pledging making Him a witness to our lie.  Clearly, it is impossible to pledge allegiance to something which does not exist.  Therefore, our Pledge of Allegiance is not really what we think it is.  Instead of being a “pledge of allegiance”, it is an affirmation to those we elect to office that lying is acceptable because Americans are so oblivious to reality and the truth that we lie to ourselves.  The United States of America, as a nation, is a house of cards with a foundation of lies laid down by both our leaders and citizens alike.  Our leaders lie to us for our own good and we give license to this deplorable situation by lying to ourselves so we will feel good.  Unfortunately, because we want to feel good about ourselves and our nation so strongly, we are oblivious to the glaring truth standing right before our eyes; as a nation, we are an abomination before God which will not stand long.  To be sure, the signs of our demise are growing daily all around us.

Presently, this Nation is in the process of electing its 43rd President.  The issues evident in this process as offered by both the Republicans and Democrats are:

• Who is qualified to be President or Vice-President
• Should there be a timetable for ending the war in Iraq
• Illegal immigration
• Balancing the budget
• National health care
• Jobs
• Education
• The economy

As the titans of deception from the Republican and Democratic parties lock horns over these “very” important issues, no where will they find time to discuss or even mention these far more important issues:

• The New World Order
• How we really are governed
• The constitutionality of NAFTA, CAFTA, and GATT
• The North American Union
• The North American Highway
• The flooding of America with legal immigrants
• Foreign aid and other bribes to foreign leaders
• Our out of control military
• The national debt
• America’s policy of policing the world
• American imperialism

No, the above issues are not up for discussion because they fall into the category of New World Order initiatives.  Because our government is subservient to the New World Order, our elected representatives or those running for office only pay lip service to these issues because there is nothing they can do about them or more correctly, nothing they are willing to do about them.  Think about it!  The Congress of the United States of America will not do what is truly best for this Nation and its people because a group of filthy rich Fascists dictate to Congress not only what it can and cannot do, but how they will govern us.  And despite this, most Americans still kid themselves (lie) into believing we are a free and independent nation.  Is it any wonder that they lie to us?  We beg them to and reaffirm this every time we recite the Pledge of Allegiance or vote for a either a Republican or a Democrat.

In conclusion, our government is not our government, does not function legally, and no longer looks out for our best interests.  This dismal state of affairs is the status quo because those in power continually lie to us.  Unfortunately for the rest of us, most Americans accept this lying because knowing the truth is so repugnant.  However, what we fail to realize that such a state of affairs is an affront to God and doomed to fail.  The truly worst aspect of this situation is that we are attempting force this deplorable state of affairs upon the rest of the world through preemptive war.  And we lie to ourselves to justify our actions by thinking we are doing this for the sake of democracy.

Postscripts:

This Nation is ruled by and subservient to the New World Order and the secret societies that underpin it.  This state of affairs was acknowledged and incredibly, endorsed by our last two presidents.  Furthermore, the economic problems presently faced by this Nation are a direct result of New World Order initiatives and policies.  This being the case, shouldn’t our relationship with the New World Order be a topic of discussion in the present election?  Indeed, shouldn’t “we the people” be told if a candidate for our Nation’s highest office subscribes to and supports the New World Order at the expense of their oath of office and our best interests?  Isn’t it time for the leadership of this nation to come clean and tell what kind of government we really have and where their loyalties lie?  Fat chance on this one and who cares?  Tonight, Dr. Phil will be talking about people who have sex with their pets and this topic is certainly is far more important than knowing how we are being governed.

I am an American who loves his Nation and its people.  This is why I write essays such as this.  However, I am also an American who believes being one means you subscribe to and hold dear the governing principles and ideals subscribed to by our Founding Fathers.  To me this is what defines being an American and if you do not subscribe to these principles and ideals, you are not really an American even if you were born here or are a naturalized citizen.  Unfortunately, today in America being an American has nothing to do with principles and ideals.  Instead, for most people, it is something akin to being a fan of the Yankees or Dodgers.  By God, I don’t know why I call myself one or the other, but my team is the best no matter what and to hell with anyone who thinks differently.  I cannot lower myself to this level of thinking especially when it we are talking about the Nation I live in and its government.

From my perspective, there is nothing American about America anymore and the longer it takes Americans to wake up and realize this, the longer people like me will have to live in tyranny.  Unfortunately, the mind set of most Americans today is that if you won’t submit to tyranny, you are disloyal and a traitor.  George Bush said it all too well, “If you are not with us, then you are against us”.  I certainly am not with George Bush but as usual, he is wrong.  I am not against anybody.  I just want back what has been stolen from me through greed and stupidity; a government of the people, by the people and for the people.

citizenal, I must say great job on this post.I woke up to the fact that our government doesn't have our best interest at hart about fore years ago.It took me some time to digest the things that I was learning, and some of it is still hard to swallow, but still true.Like the patriot act,it is supposed help protect us from terrorist, but all it has done is erode rights of the people more.and to tell you the truth I am not sure the event that brought the patriot act upon us was carried out solely by some folks in the desert.
Federal Income Tax: what a crop of crap.Aaron Russo did a great job of helping to bring to lite what a farce the income tax law is.
These are just a couple things that I have learned about in the past four years, and it really lit a fire under my but. so I began looking for a way to channel that anger into something that would make a difference.Something that would make our country great once again. So my children can enjoy there life and not be in slaved. So all of us can truly be free. That's what brought me here to seek out like minded people who are tired of all the BS and are willing to put it on the line to take back our country.I have met some very passionate, and intelligent people here who seem to have the same goal in mind, but we have come to a rough spot in the road and we must cross it so we can get to the bigger and better things that wait for us on the other side.We the people have the power to make this country what our forefathers envisioned. We must wake up more to what is really going on,and once they are awake help them prepare to stand.Land of the free Home of the brave. It once was and I believe it still is.

To GetawayMan:

Presently, I am retired and a member of nothing.  The Last organization I belonged to and seriously participated in was the American Legion.  Great organization, cept they are more interested in getting soused than defending and preserving our Constitution.  As far as the extent of my commitment to the movement is concerned, my wife deeply resents everything political that I do, not politically, but because it is a tremendous drain upon our quality of life and time together.  Also, presently, I am a caregiver for my 92 year old father; a spry and feisty 92 year old father who thinks nothing of dragging a heavy lawn mower of the 30 degree slopes of our North Carolina retreat and finishing the day with a shot and beer.  However, having said this, I will go anywhere, do anything, and make any sacrifice if I think it is legitimate and will wake Americans up so they will work for real and substantive change in this Nation.

To Rowedeyreddog:

Three or four years ago, it would have been impossible for me to write the article that is the subject matter of this post.  During the Viet Nam era, I was a Navy Fighter Pilot and while I had reservations about that particular war, was more than willing to fulfill my duties and responsibilities to the Nation of my birth that I dearly loved with all of my being.  My transformation into a reformist began when I found employment with the City of Fort Lauderdale.  I could not believe how corrupt things were and the dismal truth of the matter was that the more I tried to rectify things by working up the system, the more I realized that it was rotten to the core all the way to the White House.  The government that I thought was mine, crossed the line with the passage of GATT in 1994.  I personally sued the Federal Government over this nefarious New World Order initiative and by doing so, learned that things were far more screwed up than I could ever have imagined.

Oh Well, here I am today, a voice crying in the wilderness not being heard because people have their televisions turned up too loud.  I still believe in America and the ideals and principles which it once exemplified.  However, I truly believe our cause is lost because most Americans just don’t care.  I wrote an article to this effect entitled, “Why Our Oppressors Will Win. You can read it by going to the following link:

I read the post and agree that the current leaders of this country have bad character and are lying. I look forward to looking at the Constitution Forum.
