I was just wondering if any of you have ever prepared goat,and if you have do you have any pointers.I recently purchased 3 goats to raise out and slaughter but I have never cooked one.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
good call Phoenix.I typed in how to cook goat and got loads and loads of recipes.When its time to cook one a few of us should get together and try it out.I have never tried goat before but they will come in handy when going to the store is not a option.Hell it might even taste good.
