Did the Senate break the law by voting on the $700 billion bailout bill that the House had already killed? In the flow of things, it's always went to the House, and then to the Senate.....not the other way around. Can somebody explain how they are doing this, and what can we do? This is little more than treason in plain view of the American people.

This is probably a technicality, but the Senate called their bill something akin to a "loan" or an investment instead of a revenue bill.  

Leave it to the imagination of legislators to circumvent a Constitution which no longer exists in reality.
