A good place to find new and used stuff at good prices in your area is here:

http://atlanta.craigslist.org/ When you go onto craigslist, look at the right hand side of the screen and click on your state. From there, it will give you options of cities within your state. That way, you'll be seeing advertisements for stuff right in your neighborhood.

Caveat: While the above company sells Bug out Bags (aka 72 Hour Kits) we still recommend that you build your own as per recent S.P.I.K.E classes / seminars. What you and your family might need may differ greatly from what you get in prepackaged packs.
