I don't think we have a max. size. Just make sure they don't take up a whole page.

Yeah, I haven't heard of a max size either. Just make sure it doesn't stretch the pages when you post cuz that's annoying.

The avatar limit is 120x120. But we haven't set an exact limit on sigs because honestly, we're not that big yet. But you should use your own judgement, like Jay said.
