I live in Wales, in the UK. A lot of people tend to think of England when they think of the UK but Wales is a country in the UK, the same way Scotland and Northern Ireland are.

Wales is often know as the 'Land of Song' because we have lots of male voice choirs here. The Welsh are known as 'Celts' and the Welsh language is one of the oldest continuous languages in the world.

I am a former National Health Service, Health Promotion Manager and I had to take medical retirement due to the discovery of a rare, incurable condition: Myasthenia Gravis (MG).  It took me a while to adjust but now I concentrate on a new career as a freelance writer and internet marketer.

I look forward to meeting everyone on the boards  Smile
